  Great rooms. Nice and clean. Lots of plugs for electronics. Great bathroom as well. Removing one star for the breakfast, never had worse scrambled eggs and the rest was not worth mentioning. Stayed for 4 nights.

  Fail to give me the room that I booked, ordered double bed but got a twin room instead. Tried to change but was told was fully booked, which contradicts what I've booked during the time. Dinner service was shambolic. I waited for my starter for an hour and a half, which came separately from my partners starter. It wasn't a busy night, yet it took them so long. Not to mention other tables who came after us have finished their meals before we got our starters. Their ribs were appalling to a point where it was rock hard and inedible. I've even taken a video out of it, more than happy to post on YouTube. Asked for the bill, it took about 10 mins, to a point where I could no longer wait and walk to the counter instead. The waitress was twiddling her thumbs. This will be my first and last visit. Never again.

  Been travelling with a group across Europe, this has been the best hotel so far. The breakfast was amazing, rooms were very nice. Have 0 complaints.

  Great economy hotel. Rooms were simple. Beds were comfortable, as were the pillows. Spacious by European standards. Paid extra for breakfast buffet. Food was decent-eggs (watery for my taste), sausages, lunch meat, salad, yogurt, cereal, fruit, bread and muffins. Had paid parking for the car. Nice but long walk along the river (40-50 min) to get to the heart of old town. Maybe 20 to get to Charles Bridge. It is also near the trams if you don't want to walk. Staff was nice.

  Clean and confortable. Not a five stars hotel but good to stay while visiting the city. It is really close to the subway and tram stations. Also close to Tesco and Albert supermarkets and some cafes. There's a mall close by as well.

  Not in city centre but you can reach by tram easily. . close to the biggest mall of Prague. . comfortable rooms. . good breakfast. . what else!!

  Centered well in Prague. Walking distance to malls and shopping area. Excellent food served for breakfast lunch and dinner and very comfy beds. Staff at the front desk were friendly.

  Very nice and clean economy hotel in Prague 5,right next to Prague's largest shopping mall. Very close to the metro station. The team is lovely, with big smiles and they seem to genuinely love hospitality. Good buffet breakfast and lunch. Lunch gets very busy so be prepared to wait, but the food is excellent

  We come here for the all-you-can-eat lunch for 139 CZK. Good "standard" food with some good healthy options as well as some indulging dishes :-) Good service, usually semi-crowded around noon.

  Big breakfast with lots of tasty variety. Very helpful staff with good English. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Good shower with hot water. Although basic, it's got all the basics covered wonderfully. On the down side: Not much space in the room, and the only trash bin was a small one near the toilet.

  Small, but cosy rooms. Very nice staff. AMAZING breakfast - a lot to choose from and well served.
  No safe in the room, but there is a room with safes in the lobby.
  No coffee/tea in the room and neither in the lobby.
  Overall very nice hotel :)
