Spent 2 nights at this Hotel, very pleasant stay, clean n tidy rooms excellentchouce at breakfast. Friendly staff throughout. Well placed in centre of Prague just off one of main square's and 10 min stroll to the main one with the astronomical clock. Defo stay here again.

Location is ok if you want to be at the center of Prague 1. Be aware that to get a taxi or Uber you’ll need to walk a bit.

Hotel is located in one of the brownstones of a quite busy pedestrian zone. Sometimes it gets a bit loud.

The hotel itself should have 3* not 4. The elevator is very slow. Staff, not the most helpful or nice. There is no free water in the room and fridge is so packed with mini bar stuff there is no place for anything else.

Interior is a bit used in many places and hotel should be definitely renovated.

My first room felt like a sauna and I was told that even if I turn off heating it won’t work. but seriously?!? The second room was a bit better but I still needed open the window once in the while (in the November…) because it was definitely too hot for me.

The bed was so warped it was impossible to sleep, and in any case, there were no darkening curtains in the room. At my request, they switched my rooms. It was a slight improvement, but it was still impossible to darken (with thin blue curtains) and the bed was only slightly better. There were also very dim lamps, so it was impossible to read at night. I paid extra for a jacuzzi, but it turned out that in the first room it only partially worked. When I checked out, the clerk asked if we had taken anything from the minibar, which we had not, and then she called housekeeping and told me that they said we had taken water - literally accused me of lying, and I had to sign a verification that I hadn't taken anything (a note that said I claimed I hadn't taken anything.) Also, despite what it says on Google, this is *not* a four star hotel with a restaurant or bar or room service or various other amenities available. The best thing in the hotel is the breakfast.

Stayed here for almost a week with very little complaints. The location couldn't be better. Quiet despite being very close to everything. The room was decent and the bed was extremely comfortable. I was disappointed we didn't get one of the tubs offered. The breakfast was of very good quality and a great range was offered. It was a pity there was no dinner or bar on offer in this hotel.

Pretty hotel but one can't go back to a hotel where in the evening there is such pathetic wifi! And also the receptionist was out right rude.

Unique hotel in the middle of Prague. Room was good, breakfast was OK, and the location is unbeatable.
