I would give five, but service personnel is not friendly and caring. Beautiful location in the center of city, amazing interior design, clean, great food.

In my opinion, it's not 5 star hotel yet, maybe it was in the past, but now I would give 4 stars, they fail on small details. Almost all metal surfaces are with "gold" coating - a matter of taste. The hotel located in the city center, there's no better place in my opinion. Pleasant staff, good breakfast, big bathroom :-). No electric kettle in rooms, you can get hot water from the bar near receiption which closes at 1 a.mGot the room with a discount, for this price I would put 5 stars.

The reception is very very rude ! None service in good manager at this hotel . It is the WORST hotel I have been . Hell of prague ! DO NOT come to this hotel !

Okay hotel but
The staff should attend a workshop about how to great, take care of and be nice to paying customers. A smile is worth more than a free welcome drink.
It feels like "if you're not rich and show your money, you don't belong"
We are a family of three, two grownups and a three year old.
The breakfast is superb. The location is great. A really nice place but the total lack of disease from the employeesNo.

Great breakfast.
However, they need to pay better attention to the quality of the linen in the rooms. The duvet in my room was ripped. Something which is not expected from a self professed five star hotel.

Nice hotel. In the center, few minites from all shops, bars, cafe.
Staff are polite and kind, rooms are clean, very recommended.

The service was terrible. There was a problem with the lights of our bathroom. I called the reception desk and they said they would send someone to check them. However, I waited for half an hour; no one came. I called the second time and they still told me to wait, and the operator was very impatient and rude for the whole time. The was so not the service I deserve in this so-called five-star hotel. I will never come back again!
