Nice hotel! Decent pool, ideal for families with children. Area full of restaurants,cafe, car rentals. Beach is just 20 mins walk or a bit less. Bus nearby will take you to Coral Bay beach which has better shores.

Stayed three or four times the first time in 2001, always had a good stay. Its not luxury but its the perfect place to take kids.

Good value for money. Good breakfast long walk to beach but plenty of buses. Supermarket mile away get a taxi to far to walk with shopping bags. Enjoy your stay

Good location, friendly staff, rooms are clean, well equipped and have been updated to a decent standard, we had our room cleaned and fresh towels etc most days even though we were self catering. Overall good value for money as long as your not expecting 5star. Would come back again and would recommend to others.

Rooms are nice and well taken care of (no luxury though).
Staff was polite and respectful, although failing to impose their own sunbed rules (typical hog the sunbeds and go to the pub).
Nice sized pool with a smaller toddler pool

An apartment you can have a party in, clean well kept, staff very helpful especially Ted, night manager so was the owner and the ladies that run the snack bar and bar were fantastic, a great place to chill and enjoy the beautiful weather, it central to restaurants, not far from the beach, a very good holiday was had by the family.

Nice family run place. The pool area has a little pool for kids attached to it. The bar prices are ok. The only downside it the room/kitchen are a bit dated.

Apartment was very spacious and clean. (Room 202)-ground floor, pool view. All staff from Manager to cleaner were very friendly and helpful, especially enjoyed our evenings in the bar (after going out to dinner in many of the restaurants close by) with Ted and D and other guests. We did not hire a car as it was a late booking so that we could just relax. We did use the buses (very good. €5.00 each for a day bus pass, which lasted until 4 am) bus 615 took you to the harbour one way (but this is also walking distance) and coral bay (excellent beach) the other way. (Not walking distance on a hot day). Bus 610 took you to old town, but a lot of renovation work is being carried out there at the moment. Lots of other buses available from the bus station in paphos harbour.
We hope to return to Kefalonitis apartments one day soon.
We would recommend it, if you are looking for a friendly, clean place to base yourself but not if you are looking for 5* luxury with WiFi in your room!response / report this review -

Nice peaceful location. It's starting to show is age, beds leave a bit to be desired new mattresses are required. However a nice place to stay with decent amenities

Possibly the worst hotel I've stayed in. In a run down part of paphos. Trip advisor took down the photos for no reason as they didn't like the truth being told. So bad we actually stayed on the other side of Cyprus in another hotel for last 4 days to save the holiday. Look at the photos as to what they say the underground pool area is to the reality smelly with mold round the rim. I can guarantee you'll get ants like we did. 5 people I spoke to had same problem. Manager wouldnt even let us use the phone when our bank card failed and we had to contact our bank. We had to borrow money to get a phone card of a nice lady their and pay her back . don't use the car rental place outside. The kef will suggest it but they'll rip you off with a car with dodgy petrol gauge. a dump with moody staff. Pay a bit more and go elsewhere..like protaras.

The swimming pool is quite nice. The apartment was quite basic but clean, the rooms were big. I visited in May when the tourist numbers were low so the place was very relaxed and relaxing.

This place is great! Service is amazing, rooms are perfectly clean and indulgently large. Great location with several lovely restaurants on the road nearby, and it's just a 20 minute walk or a quick bus ride down to Paphos harbour. Just up the road in the other direction is Coral Bay, which has a lovely beach. The pool, bar and other facilities are always at a high standard. Would recommend to anyone
