For apt hotel you couldnt ask for much more. The rooms are quite big though the furniture was realy old (but not damaged). The kitchen is equipt fine (if you know how to use gas oven). The breakfast is more than we expected. When we wanted to eat at the hotel restaurant we found the food to be very good. Above all the staff is realy nice, from the receptionists ladies to the man handling the bar and restaurant.
    Good stay.

All the amenities, good pool and bar area. staff are friendly. Downside, our double bed was two twins pushed together, doesn't make for comfortable sleeping. Plus we seemed to get ants in the bathroom. Aircon is only in bedroom, you'll have to boil whilst you cook unless you're lucky enough to get a breeze through the window.

The hotel location is not bad couple mins walk from the center and sea front they do an all you can eat breakfast for €5.50 it's not the best but it's handy if your planning not going far for the day there's a nice size pool but be warned in the afternoon it does fill up fast had a meal in the evening not the best but if you can't be bothered going out in the evening then handy but sadly there are loads of stray cats in the complex and once they see food there round your table begging which is very off putting now for the down sides there are no tvs in the room so staying in for the evening if your trying to save money goes boring very fast the doors have gaps under them which allow ants and cockroaches to come in there as been a couple of nights when me and my fiance came back from a meal to be greeted by these and the staff at the reception haven't a clue when you go down to complain about them the air con costs €45 for the week which you do need I recommend getting this soon has you get your key I would give it 3 stars but because of all these faults it gets 2 stars it's not a bad place for stag dues or hen party's but if your coming with a few kids check other hotels or you will be getting some bored kids very fast

Really nice family run place. Good pool with well priced food and drink at the poolside bar. We really liked it. The only thing is that air con is extra €6 per night per AC unit. We tried without the first night but it was crazy hot!! We gave it and paid for one unit un the bedroom, however even with €36 extra this is good value for money.

Nice vacation for a big family.

We were 6 people in a two bedroom apartment, means two extra beds/sofas in the living room. The trouble is that there's no air conditioning in the living room, and it was not very pleasant for the children sleeping there in the heat of July (two airconds in the bedrooms).

There is a big separate kitchen, which is, however, poorly equipped. A small and old mini-bar style fridge, and a small electric stove. No kettle. Not too much for a big family over a week's stay, but we've managed.

It is worth saying that the apparent is really very clean.

The kids absolutely loved the pool. It is quite nice, actually. Still, speaking as a parent, the (announced) absence of lifeguard is irritating. The bar at the pool is nice as well, they serve breakfasts in the morning and decent food during the day.

The linen Is not being changed frequently, as well as towels. Sometimes they're not in their best.

There is parking inside, with an automatic barrier.

There is reception working until midnight.

Overall the place is fine for the price, the pool is great and the stuff is lovely and helpful.

Just a regular hostel with a good price vs value ration. I cannot complain about anything but if I have to, I'd complain about ants in the kitchen. The swimming pool was ok.

Absolutely love these apartments. Stayed there for a week for my first time in Cyprus and it was fantastic. It is a family run business and they are all lovely people that work there and keep the place in tip top condition. It is more for families than for party goers so dont stay there if you are going to party. We have kept in touch with one of the sons and we called back to the apartments to see him when we stayed in Ayia Napa and he took us to his lovely house and made us very welcome. I will most defiantly stay there again as I just can not fault the place and would recommend it to anyone. The bar is well stocked and reasonable and although we didnt have any food there it certainly looked good with a great choice on the menu. Excellent place with fantastic friendly staff.
