Our appartment was very clean with good equipment kitchen. Located not far from city center and supermarked. About 20 min walking to Karavella Bus Station. Bus stop to Coral Bay - near hotel. Friendly staff. We used hotels baggage room in the last day. Very noisy after 22-00 in outdoor lounge.

In a very good area but rooms need updating if going to this hotel apartment complex don't book a studio 802 it is smelly and at the back of the main area. Food is quite good staff all very nice and all are happy. Overall not bad for the price you pay but there are many hotels and apartments in pahsos much better but a bit more expensive .

This is a very clean and tidy hotel lovely staff and good location the only thing that lets it down is the food although it's nice it is the same pretty much every day and selection wise it's not great. However other than that's it's very good

clean but dowdy rooms a bit of an upgrade needed. Staff brilliant and really helpful. Food great selection but always cold, we never had a hot meal all week, most of it was barely tepid, wouldn't return.

We love this place clean. Food fabulous. Staff fantastic. Only problem for us is being just above entertainment lounge. The noise level is dreadful if we want to sleep before midnight. Left us a beautiful anniversary gift of wine fruit and balloons. We would stay here again but would request quiet room. Close to all buses beach and shopping.

Crap entertainment in April, and waitress slammed food plates about. Managers are polite.. would ideally suit self catering because except from poor entertainment, Crap food and waitress service, its amazing.

Hotel perfectly situated hotel on the kings road. Just a few minutes walk to the harbour. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. And the food from big mama's. I enjoyed every meal

Love this place. Staff are really friendly if you make the least effort. Demetris at the pool bar is particularly helpful once you get to know him..

Small very friendly hotel with nice clean rooms. Staff are so nice, food is good for size of hotel catering for all tastes. 3 days into our stay and very happy so far. 1 small negative is pool has no ramp only ladders so not that accessible if older or mobility challenged.

You can't fault this hotel for cleanliness of the rooms and pool area. The apartment was roomy and well equipped. Air conditioning is installed. Electrics are 240 V 3 pin British pattern. The room came with reasonable flat screen TV but expect to have to deposit €10 for the remote control. A safe is available for an additional daily charge.

The staff are friendly and obliging.

There is a good selection of food every day but the quality of mains is variable.

There is a sauna and gym available.

A package of evening entertainment was on offer. A quiz, bingo, dancers and dire kareoke practically every night.

Ramps are available throughout the main parts of the hotel. There is no lift available to upper floors. Disabled guests were well looked after. High chairs are available for small children.

The car park is reasonable but mind the exit hump.

There is a small convenience store on site. Bike hire is available though they look somewhat heavy duty.

Cats roam freely through the outside areas.

I've been to quite a few places and this has to be one of the best in its class. It looks like it's just been refurbished and the apartments are very spacious with the kitchen kitted out with everything you need. There's a great variety of starters, mains and deserts and quality of food is great. The best part of staying here are the lovely friendly staff who absolutely make this lovely little bit of paradise worth every single penny. Night time entertainment is a quiz, music, bingo and karaoke on Saturdays. The host has a cracking sense of humour and had us crying with laughter.

Love everything about this hotel the staff are so friendly and helpful they all take pride in their work the food and drunk on offer is super best described as quality over quantity .very well cooked.unlike some similar hotels who may serve a poor form of cocktails in plastic glasses the Damon take pride in serving proper mixed cocktails in proper glasses.same with beer full pints in glass during the evening ..this hotel is much better than its 3star rating highly recommend

Spent 2 weeks here and I don't have a bad word to say. The staff were all so helpful and fun. Rooms were basic but always clean and the food (I was all inc) I found better than the restaurants outside the complex. Recommend it to all
