Nice Hotel in the outskirts of Paphos, between Paphos and Coral Bay. Good facilities, friendly reception, small beach just below the hotel, not the best beach though. You are better off swimming somewhere else. If you like the pool this one is good. Different entertainment every night of the week but maybe more suited for older folks. Breakfast barely sufficient.

We had an absolutely great stay in the Queens Bay Hotel, a large pool, brilliant sea view and clean rooms made it worthwhile to fork our more than 90EUR a night here. I would’ve given this place 5 stars if it wasn’t for their front of desk/reception manager Nicholas who we found, rude, unprofessional and uncourtesy. Our two encounters with him left us with disappointment from a hotel that offered so much (management please get him more training and teach him how to deal with customers properly!). THE REST of the staff at the hotel was fantastic though, especially the wait staff by the bar and restaurant staff downstairs. All of them seem to be enjoying their jobs and smiling and chatting with customers – get the person who trained them to train Nicolas! Ah, also the WIFI is not the strongest and drops in and out, definitely needs to get looked at! Will definitely book here for our future visits to Cyprus!

If you want a relaxing holiday with fantastic food and superb views then this is the hotel to stay at.. Very helpful and friendly staff, this hotel has an indoor pool and outdoor pool and also has a lot of space to unwind..
Easy access to Paphos harbour and Coral Bay via a 5 minute walk to bus stop..
Cannot fault the hotel in anyway and I will certainly be coming back..
Breakfast,dinner,afternoon snacks and evening meals will cater for all people with a wide range of local and international foods..
Wi-fi available free and good reception all over hotel,
Will not matter if you are a solo traveller, couple or a family..

Love this hotel. It's perfect for a relaxing time in the sun. The staff are so nice and friendly and always smiling, which is no surprise working at such a lovely location right on the edge of the Mediterranean sea. Good food and drink for all inclusive customers and clean well maintained hotel and rooms. I would highly recommend the sea view rooms. It's located about 10 minutes by bus from the main town which means less children and a generally quieter area.

Stayed here in August 2017 and had a wonderful time. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, the lobby and bar area having recently been renovated. Our room was just along from the bar and faced the car park so we didn't have a view, but the views from the pool and garden area more than made up for that.

The room was very clean and had no problems at all. The food was really nice, all inclusive drinks were great. The non-heated pool was a joy to cool down in when temperature were 30+ and we never had a problem getting sun beds even though it was still high season. We loved standing in the gardens watching the sun set, you get some cracking pictures.

As a bonus, there is a small footpath that leads to a little bay which is great for a swim. It's also very peaceful to sit beside at night and listen to the waves.

There is a bus stop just outside the hotel which leads to the town and the main strip area, service is regular and the fare is cheap. The staff were very lovely.

Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This is a perfect hotel for a more relaxed and chilled out holiday, but also still close enough to have a night out.

Stayed here for 4 days. The room was great, great view, comfortable bed, superb air conditioning. The downside with the room was no refrigerator and not to great wifi speed. The breakfast was pretty bad, everyday the same, the quality of the food was not good. The pool area was nice, not to crowded. We didn't go to the beach beloged to the hotel, it was too rockey for us and they charged extra for a sunbed. Staff is attentive. Overall, we had a pretty good experience.

The rooms are really nice with amazing views! The hotel overall is very clean (rooms, pool, common areas) and the food and drinks are not expensive. Very friendly staff and it is worth noting that when we ordered a cheese and egg burger and they forgot to put the egg the offered us free coffee and milkshake since they had done a mistake. There are some areas that could be improved slightly but would definitely recommend! Overall had a great time there.

This is an absolutely stunning hotel. The staff are amazing and friendly, we stayed for a week but felt like we had known the staff for much longer after only a few days. They made it a very personal experience and even cheered up my one year old daughter when she cried in the restaurant. They were very accommodating and even prepared us sandwiches for our 2am arrival. The food was amazing with plenty of choice, (even for my extremely fussy brother in law). The level of cleanliness was outstanding and the view of the sunset over the sea was absolutely stunning. I'm definately planning on coming back to Cyprus and there is absolutely no doubt that I will coming back to stay here.

Stayed 6 nights with half board. Rooms are nice, nothing exciting but clean with balconies. Hotel area lovely with a very nice beach and alright pools. There's a bus stop just up the road so it's easy to move about. Food is not nice at all, extremely simple and seems to be the same with different spices every meal, the breakfast is really boring. Staff are rude and not very helpful, they don't move out of the way when approaching you but simply carries on expecting you to move out of there way. Apart from the man in reception and the man in charge of dinner not a single member of staff have smiled, none of them have said thank you or showed any appreciation for their customers. This is even though we're here off season. I am disappointed.
