Lovely location, apartments are very clean as is pool area. Kids loved the water park. Staff are friendly. Food was a bit repetitive but you can always find something to eat. Rècommend for families.

There is no beach, food is awful, service is rude and there are to many russian, noisy people. You can listen only to bloody russin music.

Very basic, but the kids enjoyed it
The good:
Kids enjoyed the very basic food, having rice/pasta/fish sticks/french fries every meal.
Kids enjoyed the pool and the water attractions very much
The hotel entertainment stuff is great!
The bad:
Very basic rooms, looks like taken from the 70's
Toilet had a leak in the first 2 days - maintenance is bad
very uncomfortable beds both for the kids and the adults, I had the worst night sleep in years.
Food is very basic and not changing much over meals and days, at times drinks were running out during a lunch and nobody took care of the problem replacing/fixing the drinking machine
No air conditioning available in dining room
WiFi access totally sucks and waist of time waiting for a good connectivity, access is available only in the hotel lobby (again - air conditioning not really doing it's work and the lobby is hot like hell)
Only one set of keys per room, and the electricity per romm require the key to be in the room, so you can not stay in the room enjoying the air conditioning and having the kids the freedom of having another set of keys.

Hotel and facilities OK. Rooms need updating but I found comfortable. Food ok but became repetitive. To get to coral beach or main night life all uphill for 10 mins.first 300yds nightmare!! Need a ski lift!! Apparently a service was supplied years ago for a small price. Shame they did away with it .
Social media users, well this might not be the place for you. The only WiFi area is the lobby of the hotel. Around meal times the lobby gets extremely busy with people trying to get on line. Once you get connected you might as well not !! Very frustrating. This could well be same for all the local hotels but if you do the 10 minute hike all the bars have perfect non interrupted service.
Why should you? Recently went to Portugal for a long weekend. WiFi everywhere.response / report this review -
