Me hospede 3 noches. Buena opción para Habana Vieja. Atrás del museo de la revolución y ahí más de la Av del Prado. Lejos del ruido. Muy calido el personal. Desayuno aceptable. Habitación antigua pero limpia

You're better off staying in almost any casa. Booked in here to get a proper bed on last night of the trip. Woke up with bites from bed bugs. Very light water pressure and no hot water available. Stay with a local!

Everything was sold out so we had no other choices. Our room was pretty crummy (leaky ceiling over our toilet, no heater in the room, old furniture & bedding) but we weren’t going with high expectations so we settled. We only ate dinner once at the Hotel. My husband and I are both vegan so we requested a special dinner (black beans and rice with veggies). The beans were cold and I had to ask them to reheat them. The rice was ok. The breakfast was awful. The only thing we ate was dry toast. We paid $168 USD per night. I would have paid more for a better hotel but everything was sold out. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

AVOID THIS DUMP AT ALL COSTS. By far and beyond the worst accommodation experience ever. You will regret spending so much money to stay in such a horrible place. The staff are insanely rude, nothing works and the "breakfast" looks like it has been scooped out of the trash. I never leave reviews but feel compelled to warn fellow travellers that this place should absolutely be avoided. Totally ruined our holiday and experience. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The staff only worries about making extra money from you. No help with questions or bookings whatsoever, which made us feel helpless and isolated considering there's no internet. Extremely unfriendly. Insanely overpriced.

フロントでは英語が通じてコミュニケーションに問題はありません。朝食も北南米では標準的でおいしく頂けました。無料のコーヒーもありますが、2CUC追加でCuban Coffeeが頂けます。旧市街の観光拠点に便利で、おすすめです。
