The hotel is in the center of Havana. Room was nice for Old Havana. Hard for many to compare this to other countries and areas but it was nice. Staff was not the best of Cuban hotels.

Fantastic beautiful x 10 building & hotel. Very old, classy. Alas too expexpensive for me - I stayed in a private flat but I used to come often to Telegrafo to use the Net. Service was always fast, without any problems, the personnel was extremely helpful and polite, they speak perfect English. I have good memories from here. KEEP IT UP!

I loved this hotel.It was close to everything.The staff was very very nice and I like the fact you could exchange your money at he hotel desk. The whole staff was so very friendly . I enjoyed the bar area in the hotel and next door you hear great music. Very safe area and I liked because from central Park I could watch all the old cars drive by.

The mosaic tile in the Lounge is spectacular. Worth a visit to see that alone.

One of my favorite hotels in Havana. The lobby has great art and photos and the staff is very helpful.
Even if you are not planing to stay come and have a great breakfast or a Cuban sandwich and great coffee.

Great location!
Even though I didn't stay at this place, I have eaten at the restaurant and have enjoyed it every time. Good food, nice service. They receive credit cards.
