First time visiting Cuba and first time taking the kids on vacation and we are hooked for life.
The staff here were AMAZING! So friendly and went above and beyond every chance they got.
The food was good, everyone found something they liked at each meal. The pasta bar was amazing and so was the omelet bar. The pools were a little chilly but always clean. The beach is to die for and we were always able to get chairs. The entertainment was awesome, my youngest is 3 & she was up on stage every night for mini disco and Andy was fantastic with all the kids.
The rooms were big and always clean, we did have issues with the plumbing but they always came right away to fix it.
The only complaint we had was we paid for a family room as there were 2 adults and 3 kids but it was the exact same room as a standard room that our friends were in with 1 adult and 1 child. It didn't ruin our trip by any means and we had enough room but you shouldn't advertise "family" room if it's the same room as the standard room.
Other then that we had the best time and plan on going back next year.

Had a great time the resort is a little tired and still needs repair but that didn't bother us any. The food served here is the best we have had in Cuba. The staff is amazing.

I really enjoyed my vacation at Iberostar Mojito. Food was good. Good service by great staff. Beautiful beach. No sea weed in the water. Clear water. Great pool for a quick dip if you don't want to go to ocean.

Great staff, good food. Beach a nice walk away so u can lose a few calories on the way. Great entertainment through the day but definitely not keeping to the posted schedule. Kids club a little ghetto in one of the hotel rooms, but was good enough for a few hours of entertainment for my kids. The original is under very slow repair after the hurricane hit it. Once the complex is fully repaired it will probably cost double of what we paid and rated 5 stars. At the pace I saw it will probably take a year or two. If u can go here for cheap I advise u do.

We still love this place after Irma. Slowly but surely it's coming back the way it was.

We had our wedding on June 10, 2017 and everything was amazing! The service, food, rooms, swimming pools and staff were all wonderful.
We want to say thank you so much to Jorge Gonzalez Hernandez for all his support and caring he showed regarding our wedding. His organization of our wedding was beautiful and very professional.
All of the recreation staff, the shows and energy was really good. Thank you Mary to help us to care for grandma. Thank you also to the photographer. All of the photos are lovely.

Loved this place it was a great 5 days. They say you get what you put into it so if you go with high expectations then stay home. Our waiters & waitress were very friendly . Food was good yes some days it was a repetitive but that's just like being at home. Rooms were good - cleaned daily no issues at all.Stuff at the front desk they are very friendly too.I want to say thank you to everybody who is working there, but special thanks is for Ana, Gabriel, Dayan, Jose,.Just one think what I didn't like it was no AC at the restaurant that why I'm giving 4 stars and the rest was perfect and nice.Thank you so much Iberostar Mojito you made my vacation. Kisses

Great resort with fun staff! Adrian as the fun coordinator makes it a great time! I visited in the summer (off season) and was surprised at how quiet and how massive this resort was! Great pools, however beach is very rough and right next to the public beach

Worst place in Cuba I have ever been to. I went to the Tryp in 2015 and it was awesome so I tried Mojito in 2016 and hated it. The big manager is a disgusting man who is rude to his staff and sleeps around with them (you learn a lot when you befriend the staff). He was especially rude to a staff member that hung out with us and when we approached him he said "What are you going to do about it". Never come back to Cuba again, that's what! If you own this resort, you better fire him ASAP. If you canhot the Tryp next door, much better. I don't ask for much so if I were you, I would take this review very seriously.

We have been there three times and are just about to leave for the 4th. We are very excited to be going back. The people there are wonderful and the beaches are beautiful. We have had no issues whatsoever, and me and my husband Doug highly recommend the resort if you are looking for a place to treat you like you are family. Looking forward to seeing Freddy, Diane, and Carlos. Freddy makes a mean mojito!

Thankfully we met nice people and the weather was good. However would not recommend this place to anyone. We had our sheets changed and they smelt like cat pee, told the front desk and we were told that there were no sheets to come back in the morning and they would have someone change them, which we did and it still smelt again. We're not even offered to change rooms. As well none of the bathrooms through out the day ever had toilet paper when you went and asked for more they also told you not till the next day. We had asked a maid and she found from a garbage can. Very disappointed in the quality and value of our money.

Never again will we ever be back to this resort
