Way better than I thought it was going to be. The cat's they have as pest control were pretty nice, food was alright. The only things I have to complain about is the food was exactly the same everyday, which was a bit tiring, and the they had raw sewage flowing around some places.

Nice place to relax and feel disconnected from rest of the world. Excursions are worth.

Only drawbacks I would say that wifi is paid.

Overall you will love it.

Absolutely amazing! Better then Disney for kids! They are still recovering from hurricane erma as it's only been 5 months!! But they made up for it in other areas! Will be back again!!!!! The service is amazing! Huge variety of food and drinks. The board tenders are amazing! 5 star all day long for me!!!

First time going there the place was amazing but the only thing I had issue there was that the bed we asked for was a queen or king bet but they gave us a 2 single beds which was little uncomfortable because it kept sliding. Besides that the place was amazing. Great food and accommodations were perfect as well. Really enjoyed the pool activities and events around the resort. Will definitely go there again.

The place was super close to the airport which was nice.

Once there the place is great I enjoyed the lounge a lot (and missed it when other places didn't have it).

Pools awesome, beach pretty good although rocky near the shore.

Lots of activities to do outside the place. I really enjoyed the cave club. (Night club in a cave).

I’ve had the pleasure of staying at the Memories Flamenco Beach Resort and could tell you that this place is not a 5 star resort but do not let that scare you away. This still a very good resort.

Staff: The Cuban people are outstanding, very cheerful, and hospitable. Much love.

Safety: I have never felt unsafe any where in Cuba. If you go into towns there are people that will ask for money, just say no politely and move on.

Food: The food was good but not the best I’ve had. They had plenty of meat, fish and chicken. Just chose what you want and it will be grilled to your liking. The breakfast was good. They had eggs stations, pancakes station, and milkshakes stations. Some of fruits were canned which i didn’t particularly like. The New Year’s dinner was lavish by any standards.

Drinks: I had no complaints here. The drinks were not watered down. The bartenders could make you just about anything.

Facility: Good overall. Some rooms were bad according to some guests. Ours was good. Water pressure is week and it is cold some times. If you don’t like the room tell the management to move you.

Beaches: Excellent Excellent Excellent.

Washrooms: The public washrooms in the facility lacked care. Just avoid them. Message to Management: please address this issue.

Great and hardworking staff considering conditions in Cuba they try their best to make the stay enjoyable.

Our room was not clean at all and the lady who was cleaning never did her job properly!

Food was not good at all except new years Eve. If you like fries consider to have your ketchup.

Nice beach with enough space, you can relax and enjoy the sun but there were lots of bugs on the beach and we're still suffering from the bites.

They had a kid section which was open 9-12 / 2-5 and we enjoyed to have our kids leaving there, great staff on Kids area specially a girl names Alli.

Overall it did not impressed us at all and we probably never go back

We had a great vacation here. The staff was so friendly and charismatic. One memorable trip we took was the Catamarn Half Day Boat Ride. We boarded a boat called the Tornado with two crew members called Angel and Junior. They were friendly, humorous, and all around provided an excellent and memorable experience. I would definitely recommend this resort and that trip to anyone.

This resort has great workers, from front desk to wait staff to the gardeners. I absolutely loved this place. The food was AMAZING,the best I've had in Cuba so far. Only one thing I didn't like.. The swim up bar had no music playing. The music was on the other side, which doesn't make sense to me.. That's the only thing I would change for sure.
After the hurricane this year, we were moved to this resort last minute. Not only was I planning to get married, I had 16 people coming with me. The flamenco stepped up no problem and made my wedding a dream come true. They really didn't have to do anything for me considering I had nothing booked with them. The wedding team there are now my friends. Such great people, I will love them forever. Definitely recommending this resort to everyone I know! *

Resort and beach was stunning but some things in the rooms and service are really bad. Some specific workers were phenomenal such as the entertainers, as well as "Lazaro" who works in the snack bar was very welcoming and he was very nice to everyone. The shows were fantastic! The dancers work so hard and it's noticeable. When I first got there we had to wait 4 hours for our room and it was torture. Despite the bad things that happened I would still recommend this resort if you don't really care about super fast service at the lobby.

Loveliest people I have ever met, food good at buffet restaurant most nights but give the a la carts a miss, apart from the Asian which was good. Make sure you take plenty of bug spray though, as have never been bitten so much in all my life! Beautiful beaches though!

Rooms are Dated. Food is Good. Pool has Missing tiles, so water shoes are recommended. Bank beside front desk has better exchange rate than front desk. Beach is Beautiful. Service is Great!

Thanks to Dr. Marisol and nurse, Anna for their excellent medical care given to me, Brenda on April 21, 2017..my blood pressure was very high..they stayed with me until my B/P was stabilized then monitored my B/P everyday until I went home..very caring and professional..Also to my amazing maids who came to my rescue and phoned the Doctor and they stayed with me until the nurse, Anna and Doctor Marisol arrived. and kept in touch everyday to make sure I was OK..A Big Thank youlovely resort, staff and beach!

Wonderful experience staying here recently with my wife on our first visit to Cuba. Resort is beautiful and the staff were top notch. Beaches were awesome with lots of room. Food selection was great with many made to grill options at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Mediterranean A La Carte was wonderful! Some issues with rowdy students from Niagara Falls but it was dealt with by management rather quickly. Thank you to the staff for your wonderful hospitality!

My best trip to Cuba yet !
Not a single issue during our 7 days at the resort.Most impressed with all of the staff and the overall up keep of the Resort inside and out. Interesting to see how everyone worked so well as a team to provide such great service to the guests. This resort has a great thing going which the staff is certainly a major part of.
