Definitely the best food that we had in Cuba so far! These grilled lobsters in the picture below were served during the regular buffet dinner! And the overall resort: beach, pool, shows, rooms, friendliness of the staff, value for money are the best that you could get in this beautiful country! Recommended!

What a great resort! Its family friendly, and not a lot of parties. Came here the end of April/early May. It is not over crowded, staff are wonderful, the service is exceptional! The room is spotless every day. We will definitely come back again.

Great place to stay in Cuba. Only negative I can think of was that the food was not too varied. I felt like i was eating the exact same food every time I went to the buffet. Please include more vegetarian options and maybe source halal meat.

First time I went to Cuba.I was impressed with the buffet and super service .The beach is so beautiful.

Pictures are deceiving. This place needs a reno. Irma has caused damage here and they are taking their time fixing things. Beach is disappointing as seaweed is constantly being washed ashore and not cleanunacceptable.
Pool is freezing cold and is usually empty.
Food is average as choices are limited and pickings are slim. Rooms are barely sleepable.you can smell sewage in your own bathroom.
Staff does their best under the circumstances. Spend the extra money go for a superior resort. Not recommend if your an experienced resort goer.response / report this review -

Enjoyed my stay here for a week! The beach is aweaome, little windy. The food is good and staff are awesome. Lots of music and activities going on here. Good for family and kids have maximum fun here.
Not a best option for adults if you want to party. This is more of relaxed side of the world.response / report this review -

The nurse charged me 30$ for a band aid because it counted as medical service and I did not have insurance on my trip. I saw cock roaches in my hotel room. The pipes for all the toilet flush is right outside the hotel rooms and when walking down the stairs you can see and smell it. Everyone in this hotel are scammers, they just want your money. Do not buy anything at this hotel they over charge and at the end of the day, they just want to rip people off for their money.
If you do end up going to this hotel, be prepared to lose all your money.response / report this review -

Hello this will be my fourth time coming to your hotel at christmas time , we will be there on Dec 29 2017 till Jan 5 2018 , and all of the other time we had a great time ,the staff around the pool and housekeeping do such a great job .you make us feel like we are at home ,we tell all of our friends they such go here ,this time next year i will be an travel agent .say hello to cookie and tell him we will see him on Dec 29 thank you have a nice day

Love it here. We have been 3 times and the grounds are beautiful. The beach is beyond amazing. The staff are fantastic. Hotel was getting tired but has just been renovated. Have traveled all over the world but there is just something about this place. Only downside is the remote location but it's great for ppl that just want a beach holiday.

The hotel should have shut whilst the building and beach work was being done. So much for my first white Sands relaxing holiday. The noise made me feel like I was at work
