It's a really nice place. Have a lot outdoor area. The pool is magnific. All the rooms have TV and AC, they are really confortable. The staff is responsible and really nice. I had a great time. Oh and the food is delicious.

Lobby looks great so think it's a good hotel but it's very shabby. Needs a lot of maintenance, drawers in room are collapsing, shower cold, hair dryer coming away from the wall, skirting boards just laying there have come away from the wall. No soap or towels in public toilets. Seems expensive at £200 a night for a load of tat. Wouldn't use again and it's a long way from the centre of town

Nice hotel. Lobby was very beautiful. Front desk and wait staff was quite pleasant. Pool area was very nice and the food was good in the buffet.
The downsides is that this hotel is a 20 CUC cab ride from old Havana. Quite expensive to go back and forth from the main city. Overall a nice hotel. Rooms were very clean.

Watch out! It is SCAM hotel. When I wanted to accommodate another person in my double room they pulled out a price list and asked me to pay three times more than I paid for myself in the double room. We ended up booking online another double room, so two double rooms for two people was still half of the price they asked to pay for another person in my room. The rooms had nice view but the bathroom was not very clean. If you pay for WiFi connection it is extremally poor (practically nonexistent)

One of the better properties in Miramar. Great location. The lobby tricks you into thinking the rest of the property looks as lux! Wide breakfast options. Very very dirty rooms.

I have been travelling with my family in this hotel during the last Christmas Holidays and our experience was very nice. The property's room where we were hosted was clean and comfortable but if I have to name something that really impressed me, then I must mention the breakfast. Surely, a nice hotel where to return.

Well located, it has a great view of the sea and the city. Bedrooms are spacious, same as common areas. Breakfast and dinner buffets are good.

Rooms are basic even for cuba. So far from old Havana it's disappointing. People we travelled with had multiple issues including not having a booked room available and room keys not working. Food decent at snack bar. Overcharge for WiFi cards.

I stayed in this hotel and i found hotel is quite good in vicinity. WIFI needs little improvement. You should be able to access WIFI from your room. Staff is friendly, Rooms are comfortable and clean.
