The service is very attentive without being overwhelming. The food is a great mix of local Costa Rican and American cuisine. The grounds and the room are kept with great care. It's in good proximity to everything in Arenal. Overall I really enjoyed my stay even with the rain!

Royal Corin was amazing. The hotel itslef was near immaculate, the maintenance staff obviously took great care of the property. Our room was comfortable with an excellent view, and the bathroom was modern and sheik. Staff were all amazing, the front desk greeted us on arrival with a delicious cocktail, and we were left decatent deserts each evening in our room. The food was delicious, the best we had our entire time in Costa Rica, and the breakfast buffet had a surprisingly big variety of options. Everything tasted authentic and fresh, and was made with local ingredients, and there were tons of menu options marked vegetarian, vegan or gluten free. My wife and I would return here in a heartbeat.

Loved our stay here. The staff is amazing in every sense of the world. The views are fantastic. The tour near by is great. Tons if packages to do. Horseback riding was great. Overall just a fantastic trip

This is a dream hotel! Super friendly staff, amazing people, pool bar, natural hot springs, sports room, etc. I can go on and on. If I ever come to Costa Rica again I am definitely staying here. I felt absolutely positive and lively here.
Their restaurant has classy food too. I tried spring rolls and pasta and I loved it. Breakfast is good too.
I bet u can't get a better locationthis place is close to good restaurants, bars, night club. We rented a car and it was so convenient to roam around.
I was a little scared while booking it but omg I'm very happy I did.

Almost perfect.
Good
Amazing hot springs pools - no chlorine, every night the pools ate emptied and scrubbed clean and refilled with fresh water..
Very well designed gardens and pool area maximizing privacy and elegance.
Good breakfast and excellent service .
Clean and comfy rooms.
In our opinion it ia rhe best hotel in this part of CR

We found some problems:
no concierge service, when we inquired staff about their recommendation for local food they answered fearfully that they are not allowed to send guests anywhere except to the (overpriced and boring) in-house restaurant.
Management should review its policy of treating guests like captives.
2) cheapest toiletries from China which gave me scalp itch and skin rash.
Worse than motel 6
3) minor maintenance issues (faucets wobbling on the sinks etc) but to be fair when we reported it it was taken care of quickly.

We hope that these easy to correct problems will be remedied because we would like to return and despite them recommend this hotel to anybody who wants to explore Arenal area.

Modern hotel not very expensive. Had perfect volcano view from fifth floor bar. Hot spring is good to chill. Restaurant is ok. The town has much more food choices.

Amazing experience the staff is impeccable!! 5 star resort all the way! Can't say enough good things about this place extremely clean and the staff will do anything to help. The pools are awesome but they don't any cold pools they are all hot volcanic water

We had the pleasure to spend two nights at the Royal Corin. Words almost cannot describe this beautiful place.
Gorgeous design, amazing rooms and bathroom. The view from the balcony is astonishing. If you're lucky you can see the Arenal volcano.

The highlight of the hotel are the Jacuzzi. You can spend all day hopping from one to another. a little river is flowing between them and the pool bar is a great place to unwind from the hot water and get a cool cocktail

I can just hope I can return to this magical place one day

Great resort, every room has prime view to the volcano. A lovely circuit of hot springs, private, quiet, amazing! Would come back anytime. Excellent customer service as well, we had a very happy stay here. I highly recommend this place!

We stayed in one of the too tier rooms with the spa overlooking the volcano in the room and I'm glad we did. The room was amazing so comfortable and clean. The spa was so nice and the view was amazing. The hot spring pools were so nice given its different climate to the beach side and staff were extremely helpful. We stayed over my partners birthday and they even organised a nice surprise for him in the room which was great. Would definitely stay again

The staff is amazing they went above and beyond to ensure my wife and my stay was a fantastic on our anniversary. Every staff member from Alfredo, Jefferson, Erik, David at the front desk to the bar in Elvis, Oscar and Gabriel to the restaurant in Wilbert and the hostess made sure our stay was amazing. I highly recommend staying at the Royal Corin. We stayed for 9 fantastic days and were upgraded to a master suite by the great staff.

Royal Corin is exceptional! The views of the volcano are Breathtaking! Waking up to that view is incredible! The hot springs pool is a dream! This is the nicest resort I have ever stayed in! Stay here.you will not be disappointed! The rooms are gorgeous, modern and clean. Breakfast was delicious. Thank you to Alfredo, Elvis and the hostess at the restaurant for being so kind and helpful during our stay.you are the best! I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family!

Words cannot even begin to describe how grateful I am to the extraordinary staff at the Royal Corin. A very special thank-you to Ronald, Alfredo and Danika - you all are so genuinely kind and accommodating. Every need and want was catered to, we were treated like royalty here. Traveled in early December so there was quite a bit of rain which made it difficult to see the Arenal Volcano but the staff upgraded us to a suite! Unbelievable service throughout. Thank-you, see you in the near future!

Treated like royalty. Greater with cocktails and cool moist cloth to wipe away the travel grime. The property was well maintained and the staff was so sincerely gracious and friendly. The 3 pools are heated by the volcano. The center pool has a "sitting in the water" bar. Surrounding area were well appointed chaise and dinning tables. Upper area had spa hot tubs were the iguana would visit often. They were curious and some were 5ft long nose to tip of tail. The food was all natural and delicious. Hubby never had an antacid while there. The staff were so helpful and thoughtful. I would not hesitate to return and highly recommend The Royal Corin!
