Great Hotel, Excellent Service, Our room was fantastic with a full on view of the ocean. This was our 3rd location in Costa Rica to visit. Will be going back soon. Must stay place!!!!

The hotel is very nice, abundant landscapes and amazing views from the restaurants and some rooms. If you can afford an ocean view room, I would highly recommend it. You can see many exotic birds, monkeys and reptiles. The facilities are 10/10,. Breakfast is very good, it provides a variety of fruits, juices and homemade breads. The food in the restaurant is expensive and not impressive, priced same as a 5 star hotel but the food is same or below a 3 quality hotel. Finally, the front desk people are very rude and not helpful. Only one person works and the other ones pretend to be busy doing nothing. If you want a late checkout, forget it, they are not into customer service at all even if you are willing to pay a late fee. Will I come back? No,

Brilliant stay, the hotel facilities and rooms are high class, set high above the ocean it has great views. Surrounded by rainforest the gardens are full of wildlife. Food and drinks are quite pricy.

Amazing views, food may be a bit lacking for some but many options just a cab ride away. Loved the pools, rooms were very clean and quiet. Staff was completely bi lingual and very accommodating

If you want to see monkeys, tropical birds and reptiles stay here. Every day was amazing. The staff was very welcoming as nice. Great place!

I went here in 2015 and the WiFi sucked and the rooms were pretty cold. But, I admire the bar IN the pool. It had great service.

Best resort I've ever stayed at. The people that work there are very friendly and catering. They cleaned our room twice a day. The views were amazing. The room was immaculate. The food was great. I would highly recommend staying at this resort.

Good hotel, friendly staff. Quiet beach - Playa beisanz, with calm waters witin walking distance. Lots of wildlife on and near this property - sloths, iguanas, howler monkeys. Property has several mature fruit trees, which the monkeys enjoy.

A bit of a bike to the beach, but the room quality was great. The breakfast and dinner at the attached restaurant was incredible, and the views off the resort are just fantastic. Monkeys and sloths are all over the place really making you feel in the jungle which really adds a fair bit of character to an otherwise well-worn and recently renevated resort

Simply amazingThe hotel is very luxurious. The staff was excellent and they have a breakfast buffet to kill for. We stayed for two nights and it was excellent. You see sloths, monkeys, and Pedro the Iguana. We did not have kids with us but there is an amazing looking kids room and multiple pools. The hotel is within walking distance to a great beach. Will be back!

Not the best customer service for a resort of this quality and price. Room was not as advertised and were unwilling to help make a change. Older crowd and not kid friendly. No kids in pool after 7pm.

Parador Paradise: from the palatial Mediterranean architect, to the outstanding cuisine, this resort ranks among the worlds finest. Dollar for dollar there isn't anything close to this fabulous retreat from all your worldly cares. I spent 3 days toward the end of a 21 day whirlwind visit to Pura Vidaland, and I wish I had run across this gem earlier. Beside the wonderful staff and the impeccably kept up rooms: there was more offered! I highly suggest the wave runner excursion where we were lucky enough to play with dolphins and the exhilarating thrill watching a whale and her offspring. A must place to visit. You won't regret it!
