Best breakfast in Manuel Antonio!
Best coffee I ever had!!!
Owners history is very interesting.
Patio area is very nice.
You can see the kitchen and is extremely clean.
Service is EXCEPTIONAL. Our server Carlos explain us every dish on the menu and gave us recomendations.
Definitely a MUST VISIT while in Manuel Antonio!!!

A really great café and restaurant serving a good mix of fresh local produce with some very nice vegan dishes on the menu as well. The small garden seating area is a lovely place to sit for dinner, the staff are very helpful, friendly and make sure that you get the best from the menu. The menu covers a range of cooking styles with a nice jerk chicken, fresh tuna salad and fish tacos all featuring in our meal. They also have a range of craft beers on top of an extensive cocktail menu. It's definitely worth making a reservation for an evening meal here.

If you go to Costa Rica and don't eat here, then you've wasted your whole trip. It was the best food, best service and best coffee I've ever had. I seriously cried a few tears after eating their seared tuna. The owner Lance answered a lot of questions I had about the area and was a very great guy. Make a reservation and enjoy!

What a delight breakfast. They had these individual French presses that were great and the mango crepes with blackberry syrup on top was amazing. Carlos was our waiter and he was one of the coolest people we've met. But then again, so are all the ticos. Very pretty garden seating area. Just make sure you find a parking spot on the road as they don't have much.

Nice place with a lovely garden seating area if you do not want to sit at the entrance terrace with a lot of traffic noise. Service was courteous, not super friendly, forgot to give us cutlery. Ordered an omelette which was an egg-crepe with a filling, not an omelette. French toast was made of very simple bread and maple syrup was diluted with. Not the greatest breakfast. Coffee was good.

Excellent service. Espresso that caused a 19yr avoidance of coffee to be ended on smelling it. We ate here 4 times in 3 days. Just had to try lots of the awesome menu and drinks. Oh and another thing. I wasn't expecting a cracking porter to be available amidst the range of craft beers last night.

Great restaurant. Delicious food. At last we found somewhere with a chef with a real flair . Using local ingredients, herbs and spices we ate some really good Costa Rican food . We ate the fish of the day served with a delicious sauce , vegetable mash made with local vegetables. Also had a pork dish and beef served with interesting vegetables prepared imaginatively . Ate there twice and planning to go there again before we leave . Friendly ,efficient staff and restaurant has an interesting history .

Great service. Friendly staff. Good food and drinks.
Visited in Oct 2016. Ate here one or two mornings for breakfast, once for drinks before dinner, and maybe once again after dinner. It has a good vibe.
Breakfast is always a good serving and a great way to start the day!
We got to see the back where they have a bunch of trees that bear fruit for the restaurant.

If you're ever here, check if HARLEY is around - a kind and funny gentleman who served us breakfast one day he made us a grasshopper out of of a leaf.

I had the El Gingo here and it was awesome.

Still one of my favorite restaurants in Manuel Antonio! Went here with family two weeks ago and loved it. I've been a few times in the past but only for breakfast, but their dinner was excellent too. The four of us had tuna, seafood bisque, steak, and jerk chicken and all were excellent. Add in nightly live music and it's a winner every time.

I visited El Patio de Cafe Milagro nearly 2 years ago with friends and we enjoyed a wonderful breakfast and great coffee sitting on the back patio which had a great atmosphere! I was excited to return with my son last weekend to have breakfast again. Everything was just as delicious and fresh as my first visit! I highly recommend this little gem of a cafe and I will always make a point of visiting whenever I am in the area!

This has always been one of my favorite restaurants in Manuel Antonio, and it's only gotten better with age. The outdoor back patio is a refreshing oasis. The menu's great for breakfast, lunch or dinner. And, I never leave without several bags of the Uno roast, or current Roastmaster Special whole beans, only.

The service and the food is amazing at this place. Not to mention the coffee and the atmosphere. They have clearly marked gluten free, vegan, and vegetarian options. Over the last week we ate breakfast twice, lunch once, and dinner twice. They also have a cute souvenir shop. I am gluten and dairy free. I had the plaintains and fresh fruit for breakfast, which was amazing. Ceviche with plantain chips for lunch. Dinner I had the jerk chicken twice, it was amazing! Everyone in our group loved it! Can't wait to go back and visit some day!

They have wonderful food, you can get traditional tico food or more American food. They have a huge selection of coffee drinks and offer adult beverages as well! The gift shop has a nice selection of locally made jewelry and they sell their own brand of coffee (beans & ground) - porch is great for sitting and people watching!

Great coffee. Yummy food.
They take their coffee seriously since they were one of the first places to source local coffee beans and roast them themselves. Great food at the cafe that can be served in the lovey patio. Can't go wrong eating here if you are in Manuel Antonio.

Perfect place for really good breakfast or lunch. Also the best place around for trying different coffee. Staff is very helpful and the portions and prices are great! The single serve French press is the best way to enjoy coffee and they have some of the best!
