This was a very nice hotel. Our suite was really clean and comfortable with a modern bathroom (with warm water!). Cute, clean pool. It's convenient that they have a bar and restaurant, but meals are only served at certain times of the day (I think supper was 6-8:30). Great place to spend a first or last night in CR near the airport. It's gated and closed off so feels safe, but doesn't seem like a place where it would be easy to walk around outside the hotel grounds.
No real complaints other than the man who checked us in (who was also our server/waiter in the restaurant later that evening) wasn't very friendly. I'd still stay again, though.response / report this review -

Nothing bad to say. Room was clean. About 15 minute drive on local streets to airport. Garden outdoor area is a nice plus.

Not a bad place to stay if your looking to be close to the airport and close to shopping. The staff were very friendly and even though you could hear the airplanes overhead it was easy to ignore because the beds were so comfortable. Only complaint was the quality of the WiFi in the rooms was poor, but outdoors was perfect. As well as the tv controllers being broken or not functioning properly. Nonetheless I enjoyed my stay here and will be staying here again on my next trip 😎.

A good place to stay for one night before a trip to the airport. It felt safe and clean, and the hotel restaurant was convenient and had good food. There was AC and WIFI. The biggest pro was the airport shuttle, which was prompt and extremely helpful for our early morning flight out of San Jose. The cons would be that our room was very very small, and because of that I felt it should have been cheaper.

Beautifull facilities but location was a bit challenging regarding walking around and finding restaurants. They have their own restaurant but a bit pricey.

Good location close to the airport, has a restaurant and hotel shuttle. The decent rooms nothing too fancy, although the AC in our room wasn't working. Overall ok

The staff is amazing. Unbelievably friendly and kind. Rooms are good. Three beds in the room I stayed in, all different firmness too. Hot water at sink didn't work, nor did the front gate. Had to open it manually to get it, but everything was very clean and it's close enough to the airport.

Very nice place with a good price. Good and pleasant service. Clean room. Not far for the airport. The main thing to improve was the head of the shower that gave not so pleasant current.
