A beautiful hotel surrounded by the rainforest. The staff is courteous and will help you with anything you need. One of the staff offers a free tour of the rainforest at night which was incredible. It was a beautiful experience that I will always treasure.

It is a beautiful place but the menu options in the buffet are limited. The service is good and the food acceptable. The hotel is in the downtown area but it looks like hotel in the middle of the forest.

4 star probably a little generous but I struck some lovely and helpful staff. Food good. Pool good. Air con good. Some cold showers.

Great looking hotel. Pretty fancy looking and the rooms out back near the pool are very nice. Air conditioned and well maintained, the room also had a tall rack where you can store many items. Myself and my roommates used it to dry our clothes since it was the wet season in Costa Rica at the time and we really needed a place to hang our towels and clothes. There is also an area with a ping pong table and Foosball table, lots of fun. For food and drink, there wasn't much variety in my opinion. Lunch and dinner had similar things and you only had about 3 items in your plate. The food itself was okay, but not mind blowing. As you eat, you can really hear the Costa Rican Community as it is in an open area, which I kind of liked. There were also some people playing some music on a marimba, which was fun to listen to as you dined. Overall a nice stay.

good hotel, rooms are very nice with view to rain forest, you can see tucanos right in your window, pool was dirty during my visit, restaurant is nice, drinks are expensive, in general is a good place to stay.
