  Should have Confirmed when we arrived I guess?
  My wife and I called ahead to get a 1hr each couples massage and asked if 60us would cover it since couples usually get a better deal. They agreed and we booked for 1.5hr later. We showed up on time got out 1 hr wonderful massages and after we had already tipped for our massages in the rooms we find out they wanna charge us full price 70us because we were in different rooms. We argued a little but finally paid because they looked busy.
  Only to over hear the couple behind us were about to go into separate rooms too. Poor business practice.
  Also after we left my wife laughed that the other bed in her couples room was tiny and likely for children.
  We would like to try again but the beach prices are the same and maybe should promote that Instead and get to surf at the same time.

  I went twice only for convenience. On both occasions , time was taken from me. First time, I am there early. I had to wait 10 into my hour before they let me into the room (a couples massage were paying. I undressed in a minute. I waited 2 more minutes before the masseuse arrive. She stopped exactly on the hour so I lost 13 minutes from an hour massage. Even ripoff spas that think 50 minutes is an hour do not take another 3 minutes. I complained and got a $5 reduction. The 2nd time, they put me in the room on time but masseuse did not come in for 5 minutes. She eventually left 3 minutes early. I dressed, went to the front to confirm that I was there before my hour was up. Total of 8 minutes off. Both massages were very good except for the timing, so simply be vigilant on the time. I subsequently heard from the owner and met with her. She explained that they book the massages on the hour so often you are limited to a total of 60 minutes. Now that I understand, I am vigilant about my timing. All the massages were great and an excellent value.

  Very affordable and skilled staff. Their phone don't work well so calling in an appointment can be a challenge at times.

  We came in for massages and were so happy with their good prices. The owner Christy was so nice and accommodating, squeezing us in. We both had wonderful massages and left to finish our day. Later that night, I realized that my silver/diamond cross necklace was gone. My heart dropped when I remembered that my masseuse took it off for my massage, and I forgot to pick it up. I realized my chances for getting it back were slim, since we had moved on to another region of CR. I was so happy to discover that the masseuse turned it in and the owner is holding it for me. I highly recommend coming herenot just for an awesome massage, but to support such a honest business/owner. Thanks Alegria!

  Best ever?! Sainny got all my knots out in a single 2hr session. No other masseuse has been able to get them out, and for months now. And their prices are half of what it costs up here. stop into Mama Toucan and make a day out of it
