  Good price and no hassle or pressured sales pitch for extras. We picked up our car quickly and easily. Jorge was particularly very friendly and helpful. After hearing a lot of horror stories of other travelers having issues renting cars in Costa Rica, we are glad we chose Alamo.

  Good location, knowledgeable staff, ok English. Cars were all badly dinged and dented. Take good pics of the car before you leave. Rented a car for a few days, great experience!

  Good price on a nice little Jeepy thing. Staff was professional. I didn't have any problems with them playing any games to make me pay for damages I didn't cause (there were none). I used my credit card for the extra insurance. The vehicle was in good condition. I booked through National, which uses this Alamo outlet.

  Was told two different stories with regards for paying for the rental car. Two totally different amounts and rates. Not very friendly or helpful, either.
