They didn't rip us off - we were nervous, they were fair and nice service
Service is great they are very friendly and helpful
As always excellent service and price
Please tell me why my mother comes, y'all are outrageous, charge her out the ass and don't give her the car she paid for on top of all the other bs you made her pay.
On top of the fact that the driver that took her held her hostage for 3 hrs and demanded $1,000 , which he got.
You guys are really FUCKED UP FOR THIS. Just know that when I visit I will raise hell, and when you come to USA, I will make sure your experience is the same you gave my mother. Unfair. and absolutely OUT OF LINE. You guys DISGUST ME.
I will make sure I spread this ALL to social media, on how disgraceful this experience is. Y'all should be ashamed of yourselves.
No one in America would ever do this, let alone any human being.
GROSS
SLOWEAT SERVICE EVER!!!
I have rented in other Alamo locations in San José in the past and I find this one to be the most service oriented. Office looks a little run down but there is usually no crowd. Do not expect an Alamo office but rather a National office; in this country Alamo, National and Enterprise are run by the same company.
Rented from Paseo Colon. Excellent employees. Car was great. On my next trip to Costa Rica, I will rent from them again.
People were overly fine here, no real big issues. Just be aware and expect to be here awhile, because NOTHING is fast. They did save me money by offering me a WiFi device that allow me to connect wireless devices for which saved me time and money. They did put me in an vehicle initially, which I needed to take back and return to them, because of the issues the vehicle was having mechanically. I would rent from them again if I was there.
On my trip to Costa Rica I rented a car with Alamo. The experience with the rental company was easy and quick. We were in and out and it took probably about 20 for the whole transaction. The representative was very thorough and even gave us a free upgrade!
