my god the english is so bad most don’t speak any at all this is a hotel for christ’s sakes are you kidding me? i wanted a massage she didn’t even understand how long i want or which one this is suppose to be relaxing now i’m stressed the hell out his is absoletly ridiculous, they also are very condescending at the front desk i will never stay here ever again

A nice hotel in close proximity to shopping malls and entertainment. The price is fair, however don't expect a 5 star hotel. The structure looks more like a business hotel and the service is what I would expect from a 3 stars hotel. When checking there was no English-speaking staff which unnecessarily delayed the operations. We had to carry our own luggage in the room. No concierge: we wanted to hire a car with a driver and the receptionist handled us a flyer from a local tour operator and told us to call ourselves. On the upside the rooms were big.
