Excellent location in Poblado near all tourist attractions. Very hipster style, recommended for entrepreneur or American Style way of living. All rooms are well equipped. The staff is 100% focused on help you in all your needs. They not do money exchange. The rooftop in 6th floor have a bar and a fusion style restaurant. The breakfast is included, they serve the famous Paisa. In four times in the city, Art Hotel has become my favorite option and I can call it my second house.

Don't expect management to help with any issues. Huge hassle when double charged after booking with a website they contracted. Wouldn't lift a finger to help. Their attitude of "it's your problem". Many better options nearby.

Hotel is okay, check in was slow as they were training a new person but they didn’t explain much about breakfast or any local sights. The key card didn’t work so they gave a key in the end. Breakfast was okay, just very noisy. Windows are like paper so you can hear all the music and people talking in the bars opposite. Good location for parties not if you want to chill out.

Clean and nice. Friendly staff and right in the heart of an active good and shopping area. Very easy to get to and around town from here. Very safe area.

A 3 star rating doesn’t reflect how beautiful the hotel is. It’s a great design with a terrific bar on the roof. The pic is from the roof. It’s also in a fantastic location if you want to be right in the middle of the social action. The room I had was very small though and very poorly lit. Breakfast was average - mostly continental with just a few hot offerings. Also not a great choice for young children as the railings on each floor are very low and it would be quite a fall!

Artsy hotel but music plays very loud untill 11pm. Not a family Hotel or if you plan to sleep before 11pm. Also we had no hot water in our room.

I only gave this a 1* because I had to.
This hotel is not a 4*, the services are closer to a hostel. To order any food will take you an hour and a half - so don't sit down hungry.
The rooms are basic, and the beds are horrendous. The cheapest mattress possibly bought (far worst the university halls mattress). Also, there are NO windows in the rooms so they are very damp and dark.
I sent laundry down on the first day, which they lost, and found 4 days later and gave it back unwashed.
The spa is not a spa.
On the 3rd night of our stay they painted the room above ours and left us in the room below, which reeked of wet paint and gave us a headache. As there are no windows we could not air the room out and the staff were very unhelpful. You need to pay upfront and we wanted money back for that night and they refused and were obscenely rude. A staff member was confused as to why we wer ever assigned that room.
We asked why they make you pay upfront and we were told it's because they have lots of problems and people don't want to pay.
