“Convenient 5 star hotel at north side of the bund”
location is very great, 3 min walk from HaiLun metro station, where you can ride for 2 different lines;
Not far of drive from the bund and PuDong and Shanghai city center;
Facility is with 5 star Sheraton standard, and well maintained
Room is spacious and neat;
but this hotel already been existed for quite a few years, so not the most modern decors;
Swimming pool is broken, and during our stays there's no sign of repairing efforts,
Price is in higher side, and service is adequate, but nothing spectacular
Generally it's an adequate high-end hotel with satisfactory convenience.

The building is gorgeous and the rooms are really pretty. but this hotel is just not Sheraton standards.
- While you are in China and its understandable that the standard in service is different for Chinese than westerns but still a Sheraton.
- People in the reception are are just so not welcoming. They look lost a little. Presentation is also not great.
- Room service is terrible. Food is not Sheraton standard. Trays are old and cheap.
- Door man are useless.
- pros: Nice building, nice rooms. big lounge but the food was not great. Location is not the greatest but you are close to mtr. Problem is when its raining. no taxis.
