Location is good.Very near to Railway station.Rooms are clean and well maintained.Breakfast is good here.Mc Donald's is adjacent to this hotel.And many food outlets nearby.Boat jetty near to this hotel.Overall good.

The hotel staff was courteous and attentive. The hotel was clean, rooms of a nice size, and the included breakfast was decent. Like everything in Switzerland, it was on the expensive side.

Right across from the train station, and plenty of shops under train station.
It's also close to Chapel Bridge and old town. Rooms were smaller than American rooms, but that's to be expected in Europe. Staff is very friendly and helpful.response / report this review -

The hotel has a charming appeal and is located directly across the street from the train station. The staff was very professional and met each of our special requests. The restaurant served ample breakfasts, the rooms were clean and tidy, and the price was reasonable. There was a bit a street noise, but the hotel provides ear plugs to every guest. It was a good home base for my family's 5-day stay in Switzerland.

The hotel is modern and clean. The food is delicious, both breakfast and evening meal, with a large selection available. The staff throughout the hotel are always happy and pleased to help. The hotel is centrally located across the road from the train, bus and boat stations, which makes it very easy to get out to the mountain trips.

Well above its official rating. Evening meal is excellent. Breakfast has choice for many diets incl Coeliac on request. My room was basic but didn't lack any class or quality for the price. Location was fab too being short walk from the Lake and Train Station

I stayed at this hotel at the end of January 2017. The staff was friendly. The room was functional and clean. Watch out for the step in and out of the room into the corridor. It caught me out a few times. The wifi was a bit intermittent so I resorted to my mobile data on my phone and connected it to my laptop. The food was nice. I ate gravalax and beer for 38 Swiss francs. Breakfast was fine. The best thing about this hotel for me was the decor and the eclectic mix of carnival art around the restaurant and lobby. It was also very close to the station and my work. I will stay there Spain.

One of the best hotels in Lucerne the rooms are very nice and clean and the food they serve in the restaurant is to die for. There is a lot of vegetarian options on the Menu. I especially like the salad buffet which is there for lunch and dinner. The breakfast buffet is definitely one of the best I've seen in Switzerland. The staff through the hotel is what hospitality is all about, nice, professional and very helpful.
