A quite phenomenal hotel with quite phenomenal service. Nothing was ever too difficult. Thought having to pay extra for bikes was a little cheeky given the cost of the room.

No doubt that it's a beautiful luxurious hotel with the best location in town. However, the rooms are small. (If it's a lake view room then the view + balcony makes up for the size)

It's a few minutes walk from everywhere in Lucerne. The train station is just opposite and there's a car parking available (not free). Good customer service.

Best hotel! The hotel looks luxurious and impressive inside and out, themed of the last century. Nice and courteous staff. Cozy and thoughtful service. Rooms are spacious and clean, the bathroom and all the equipment in the room looks new.

I can't say that something has made me particularly the unhappy with the hotel. However, when you compare this hotel to the other 5 star hotels in the center of Luzern, you will certainly notice that the level is lower in terms for example interior or experience and politeness of the stuff in the hotel. However, National pricing is always on the same level in comparison to the other 5 star hotels.
