The worst 4 stars 😂 hotel I ever slept!The location is good but without parking no restaurant open and anything around there open!The receptionist are rude and the only thing they have to said was I can't do anything!I don't suggest to anyone!It's better to pay something more and live inside Luzern than here!4 stars 😂😂😂😂

Excellent location with breathtaking views. Had a room facing the lake. Nice evening atmosphere with live entertainment nearby. Relaxed. Great room and service.

Noch nie war ich in so einem enttäuschendem Hotel!! Fotos sahen super aus. Wie auch Eingangsbereich und Restaurant. Balkon jedoch renovierungsbedürftig und völlig dreckig. Die Toillette war noch nicht einmal geputz worde Reste von Urin und Schamhaare direkt auf der Wc- Brille. Badewanne überall Ecken ab und nicht sauber. Bettlacken voller Flecken und Decken innen braun.
Mein Partner und ich gingen noch ins Restaurant. Bedienung total unfreundlich. Wir bekamen einen Teller wo Besteck und Gewürz draufgeschlagen waren welches wir uns selbst zurechtlegen mussten. Getränke waren dreckig und Gläser verschmutzt.
Rezeption können vielleicht 10% deutsch und der Rest weiss nicht einmal war Frühstück heisst. Einfach katastrophal! Wir waren so enttäuscht!!

Nie mehr dieses Hotel!Bettlacken war voller Flecken und das Bett sah so zerknittert aus als wären die letzten Gäste grad aufgestanden.Den Zustand an der Rezeption gemeldet, uns wurde versprochen das sofort in Ordnung zu bringen,sah am Abend aber noch genauso aus.Frühstück war eine Katastrophe.Silvester Diner war toll.

Hi I'm from Australia and my wife and myself stayed in the hotel in June 2011 with Insight tours. It was one of the best hotels in Europe, seriously. The staff were fantastic and very very helpful. The hotel was as beautiful as the town. The hotel room was clean and roomy with a view over the water. We particularly loved the inside swimming pool with the mood lighting. Personally the hotel and the town were one of my highlights of my 6 week European trip. The pub beside the hotel was great and I loved your beer. Thank you. Peter and Karen
