Excellent hotel. Clean and comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant is very good as well.

Next to the boat station and in the centre of the kurort. Normal renovated place at the lakeside, simple breakfast.

It's a five three star hotel. Location is AMAZING on the lake directly. Staff are very friendly. I would suggest it in good warm seasons.

Overpriced! No internet connection in the room. Poor breakfast. Positive - free convenient parking just at the entrance of the hotel.

Abych nebyl jen kritický tak jako plus uvádím že jde o krásné romantické prostředí . Ale co se týká ubytování je to katastrofa . Na pokoji špatné vodovodní baterie že si pomalu neseřídíte teplou a studenou vodu . Když se budete sprchovat tak se spustí alarm z páry a majitel jde na vás bouchat ať se přestanete sprchovat . Když chytnete pěkný pokoj s výhledem na jezero tak je to možná dobré ale jinak nedoporučuji . Ať si tam ubytovávají Číňany pro ně to je nejspíš určené

Waren zu Silvester hier für das Dinner.. Es war exzellent! Das Personal war ebenfalls sehr sympatisch und zuvorkommend. Kommen gerne wieder.

Dog friendly, super nice, super understanding and super available staff at any time. Romantic and comfortable atmosphere, facing the lake, a fire is on at night. 2 places for dinner depending if you prefer the swiss menu (fondue, raclette..) or a classic one (vegi also included). At first floor there's also a big room for seminars and exhibition. Far away 5 mins of walk from dock where you can take the boat to explore the lake (it takes 40mins to go in Luzern, check time with sbb app); 10mins of walk from the chair lift to Rigi.

We have been just in the restaurant. Location is really gorgeous with a wonderful view over the lake. Food quality is very good, however quite pricy so wouldn't call it a great value deal. Staff with really nice and helped create an overall welcoming atmosphere.
