  Had a good experience during our stay.. very polite and helpful staff. And easily connected by tram from the station.

  Clean and tidy establishment, very colourful. Reasonable rates. Could do with small refrigerator in rooms. There is a kettle in room but no tea, coffee or milk provided. Reasonable breakfast provided as part of room cost.

  Very tiny room, but decent for the location. Since its located at walking distance from chapel bridge and also the main train station. We dragged our luggage, its about 15 mins from the train station. They give us a free city travel pass for the duration of the stay amd staff are kind. Other than the tiny rooms our stay here was great. One concern we had was after checkout we have to store our luggage in a room that is kind of outside the hotel and not monitored, other than this its a good place for budget stay in central Luzern.

  Excellent hotel in budget. Very helpful front desk staff. Round the clock Tea/ Coffee in lobby. Good breakfast. Great location. All facilities easily accessible. Good room and house keeping service.

  Good size rooms, bathroom a bit small. No fridge but a kettle with no tea/coffee facilities in the room. However there is a machine at reception. Nice and clean, staff friendly helpful and busy. Close to shops, bridge and restaurants.

  very nice place , Have near by Indian restuarent and staff is very friendly and the breakfast with this hotel is very good
  very close to the Lucerene station
  very close to the river
  and many shopping destinations nearby
  200mts we also have a bus station

  Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was standard. The room was good, the bed was a little hard, but the balcony was great. Overall really enjoyed it there.

  A nice a pleasant hotel with lovely breakfast!!
  Isn't too luxurious. Just basic stay, a good bed and clean bathroom .Although, one thing that I didn't like was that there was no Kettle provided to us.

  Really pleasent hotel
  1. Near all shipping places n transit is very easy
  2. Really nice rooms, though a bit small, but really well maintained
  3. The staff is excellent especially reception, very friendly n courteous
  4. The breakfast is super awesome
