  First and second course was amazing with very complex and ambitious cooking but the desert slightly let it down.

  Waited 45 mins to be seated despite a reserved table. Then we set the table ourselves, waited another 20 mins to put our order in (which can only be taken by the manager). Ordered water three times before it came. It's now 1 hour 15 past our reservation time and we still have no food.

  La Cordée des Alpes is a beautiful hotel, carefully designed in a traditional yet luxurious way - the best way of describing it would be "alp chic".
  
  Our room was fantastic, with all the right little details and a balcony overlooking the valley. It's a view that will put a smile on your face every morning before heading down to a state of the art breakfast. Chose between eggs any way you want them, bread straight from le boulangerie with Swiss cheese, a juice press station and even dairy free options to your muesli.
  
  The staff is incredibly helpful, they helped us with everything from getting our ski passes and rentals to shuttle service to the airport or just a ride to/from the ski lift.
  
  Last but definitely not least is the spa, which is pure bliss after a long day of skiing. Steam room, sauna, hot tub and a swimming pool where you can do a couple of lapses to release tension.

  Best restaurant in Verbier. Very nice people. Great food. They regularly change the menu. I can only recommend it!
