Very cosy top-class hotel. Rooms are scattered in nice chalets. the restaurant is very special and fancy-tasty. Breakfast is faboulous. But the most amazing is the magnetic view on the Matterhorn!

A staple of Zermatt but personally I think the room design can be improved. Then it's a matter of taste. Service, location, ambiance etc. everything else is perfect.

Cervo is an amazing experience! Wonderful rooms, wonderful food, beautiful views, ski-in-ski out chalet, and has the best Apres party after the slopes close in all of Zermatt! The staff are all beautiful, smart, charming, and helpful. We cannot wait to go back to Zermatt again very soon and we'll only stay at CERVO!

Very cool, chic, boutique hotel. Service is great. Views are fantastic. Food is excellent. We went in summer with 4 kids and it was a great off the tourist path.

I've never written a review before but when a Hotel staff goes so far above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one, I feel it is the least I can do. Cervo is a 1st Class Hotel with beautiful rooms, unbelievable views of the Matahorn, great location with ski in/ski out access and a wonderful Gourmet Restaurant on premises offering a delicious variety of dining options.
The best part of Hotel Cervo, however, is its wonderful staff. Assistant Manager Laura along with her team including (but not limited to) Thomas and Mia at the front desk, treat you more like personal friends than simply guests of the Hotel. Everyone could not have been more accommodating and helpful making our vacation special.
I highly recommend Hotel Cervo and want to again thank all of the staff for treating us like VIP's.response / report this review -

Beautiful room, lovely very attentive and helpful staff. The lounge is welcoming, the restaurants first rate AND ski in ski out. Truly could not have been better. We will be back and will recommend to our skiing friends !

Great experience and a real mountain boutique resort with two top in house restaurant. Being at the end of the ski run an cool after ski party is guaranteed.
