這家度假村位置很山上，距離平地約14公里，卻要開30分鐘山路，但他的房間舒適，有個大陽台很棒。

On the French boarder of Switzerland. Not very centrally located place. But if you are found of skeing & hiking than it's worth going around this side of the country. Located in a small & beautiful village. Must have your own car/ transport. Late evening - no buses from train station.

The Rooms are good Balcony is great and the availibility of 2 bedrooms is great but the fact that we have to clean the rooms ourself or else give a lot of money os irritating

The experience here at Monte Calm Hotel has been nothing short of terrible. I am sad as I write this review because I have saved for years to visit Switzerland with my family.

Unspeakable attitude of the staff problems.
After the first day we indicated that we would have one less pillow.
The woman in the reception smiled and told to make up for right.
Four days of course, nothing happened, then they made up for.
On the fourth day they got home, the door was open. We are very scared. We went to the reception to pick up report. He called the maid and recognized the problem. Then we asked to be included in this report because of the potential future problems. They didn’t care about this and refused badly.
We never to come here and do not recommend to anyone.response / report this review
