  Convenient central Zermatt location, friendly staff, very good continental breakfast. I stayed in a large, comfortable double room with separate ensuite bath & walk-in shower, excellent facilities throughout. Fast free wifi. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommended.

  The staff was wonderful, very nice people who gave everyone very personal attention. My room was excellent, very clean and my favorite part was the shower, it had this huge rainfall shower head straight down from the ceiling, as well as a handheld. The spa was excellent, the pictures online really don't do it justice. Reasonable rates, int'l ski pass deal, and a discount on rentals. The owner has an extensive collection of top shelf whiskey and rum, and they have a large (refrigerator sized) humidor full of cigars. Indoor smoking room that amazingly did not smell like an ashtray - properly ventilated. This kind of attention to detail was everywhere. Just a block off the main drag, it's a quiet cozy place with very nice people

  Good, comfortable rooms and very sweet lady who manages it. It's centrally located and has many upmarket restaurants nearby. The breakfast selection could have been better, and I would hope they add a fan option as it can get very warm inside.

  I spent 3 days in Zermatt and really enjoyed my stay in Hotel Simi. It is centrally located, and personnel is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and very spacious, and the breakfast buffet is absolutely fantastic. I warmly recommend it to anyone looking forward to visiting this amazing ski resort.
