Impossible to sleep well because of the noisy, rattling train and room service that appears to start to destroy rooms and break furniture at 6:00am.
Thin walls, so I can hear every unnecessary detail when people take phonecalls etc.

Please put felt pads under your chairs and heavy furniture that will get moved around! Guest drag them around the floor already at 4:00am!

I am paying well over CHF1000 for a few nights, and if I cannot sleep, this makes the hotel pointless. Every hour of good sleep counts for me.
No fridge or wardrobe.

I will go back to ibis which is much quieter and better value.

Very cozy hotel, small but super nice authentic kind of breakfast. Main disadvantage might be noisy in the room in the early morning (Windows looking out to Bahnhofstrasse)

Unbeatable location by the train station.
The room was quiet and cozy but very small and basic - no refrigerator, no bathtub, no coffee machine, not even A/C.

Best location! Right next to the train station and shopping district. Staff is friendly. Room is clean and no issues. Highly recommended

Very convenient location and a very nice combination of style and modern amenities. The rooms are on the small side but the shower was good, the WiFi worked well, the bed is comfortable. It has no in-room Minibar but a honor bar up at reception. Recommended!!

We stayed at Hotel Townhouse for two nights while in Zurich. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The rooms were good sized and clean. It can be a little bit noisy at night being near some active nightlife spots, but the hotel provides ear plugs to help. We found that the fan in our room provided enough white noise to cover up what was going on in the street below.

The hotel offers free coffee and tea all day and has a variety of other items for purchase provided on an honor system.

The hotel is in a good location, lots of restaurants and shopping is within walking distance. And the train station is only a few blocks away.

Would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel for a one/two night stay. Very clean with interesting Deco. Has a nice concept of a 'honor' bar where you pick yup what you want and its on you to state what you had. Very good location!
