Very nice hotel. Used my corporate rate, which included breakfast, wifi, 2 people and free use of the minibar for a very reasonable rate (considering the location in central Zurich). Staff was friendly, room was very nice, clean and modern, and breakfast was quite good.

Bad service on arrival, unprofessional employees, rude answers, long check in and check our procedure, each day taking money from credit card with no idea why they take it - 200 euro first night, 125 second night, already 3 weeks can't give them back. Telephone in the room for no use, no one ever answer the calls. On breakfast no one ask from what room i am , so if you want bring your friends - easy to do. Survey even sent with wrong surname

This hotel exceeded my expectations- from the moment I check in to the minute I checked out.

I arrived early from Milan, and knowing that check in is not until 2 but still hope that they can accommodate, so I went and tried - rooms are not available yet but the reception guy went out of his way to ensure that I'll be able to do stuff by offering to keep my luggage and stay in the lobby area. He was friendly, courteous and you can tell that he likes his job.

When I checked in, my luggage is already in my room. The room he gave me was really nice. The see through Bathroom is really unique. Wifi is outstanding too.

Overall - I am giving this hotel a five and recommend that you try it out too.

Good location, very clean and nice staff. The single room is a bit small though and the hotel is not really modern, but it's good value for the price. I had a great stay and I recommend it!

I have booked a room in this hotel in June because of a meeting I wanted to attend, and this hotel was only five minutes away from the congress centre. But the manager informed they had arranged a room at another hotel, as a result of overbooking. I really was disappointed by this fact, but the hotel manager offered me a voucher for a double room for a weekend, which I could use until the end of 2016. So I took the offer and my wife and me decided to go. The hotel is only 5 minutes of lazy walking away of Banhofstrasse, Lakeside, and 10 minutes of lazy walking away of the old town. the tram and train (Selnau station) is only 3 minutes away on feet. The trip to the airport is about 25 minutes by train.
The stuff is very kind and effective in servicing the guests. The rooms are nicely decorated and clean. They were very good insulated and the noise of the street was not heard.

Hotel staff is super friendly and more than helpful. Rooms are up to date and very clean. The free breakfast in the morning is very good and fresh. My rate for the nights I stayed was very reasonable compared to other places. The only draw back but nothing major is the elevator was small.

Well, Its a good place in the heart of the city. If sightseeing is a priority,this is perfectly located between the tram/ train/ bus networks. Most of the Points of interests are in walking distance. Points where the hotel can do better is the room service, room layout (double bed shouldnt be 2 single beds), better spread on breakfast buffet. Overall, its an average experience but I think its all about location location location.
