Uzasno slabo, moltto male non cosigilo a nesuno titulare molto maleducato !This hotel would not recommend to anyone a bad unsettled owner very racist, has no respect for guests, I recommend to nobody

Great decor & a very friendly dog at the reception, beautiful views and a delish breakfast. The downside was, there wad no air conditioning, you have climb 2 very steep slopes with all your luggage to reach the hotel entrance. No supply of tea/coffee in the room, we had to call the reception half an hour early and then pick the hot water in a flask from the reception with which they give us just 1 or 2 tea bags.
Also no dinner was served at most hotels in wengen including ours since it wasnt summer season yetresponse / report this review -

Very nice hotel. I like the charm, the interior, the fantastic restaurant, very friendly service and the tea time with lovely cake!
Looking closer, I missed a few things for this category of hotel
- power outlets not working in the room
- unable to use the TV as radio, even though it should be possible according to the list of broadcasting stations
- sauna limited to two hours a day
- cold scrambled eggs for breakfast
- limited options at the breakfast buffet if you are showing up at nine only
- coffee and tea are, but not good
All this said, I would still go back and stay there again.response / report this review -

This was by far the best place to stay in Wengen. The people were top notch, the rooms were perfect and the food was to die for. You won't find nicer people or better view than from this hotel. Will definitely go back here again and will tell everyone that we know to stay here if they intend on going to Switzerland.
