Nice clean and simple rooms at a good price in an excellent location. The reception was super friendly who helped us with all our newbie tourist queries. Totally recommendable

Very well placed on main shopping/happening street with beautiful views.
Hotel serves god breakfast as well. Bus station and train station are minutes walk. Very helpful staff. Don't be surprised if you don't find AC in the room :)

Me and my wife stayed in the hotel during August 2017. This hotel is located very close to the Interlaken West train station. This is a very safe hotel to stay. The location of the hotle is in a calm place. Mr. Thomas in the front desk a very senior person is very knowledgable and kind. He guided us to some very good tourist places and we loved it thoroughly. The room and toilet are clean and hygeine. We thank the entire staff of the hotel for their kind services.

This is one of the better hotels in the area overall most of the hotels are at the same level or below its clean there is free breakfast which is okay it is close to the transportation bus and centrally located in Interlaken the staff is very helpful there is a bicycle rental nearby shops and grocery stores this is a good place to stay for families and adults. Nearby there are trails for walking and cycling. The best thing about this hotel is that it is Central to many attractions and activities nearby.

The front desk was very welcoming and helpful. The room was somewhat small, by US standards, but clean, comfortable, and contained all the necessary items. The housekeeping staff even made an unsolicited stop to bring extra cups!

Just outta interlaken west station. Very friendly staff. Nice rooms. Breakfast is A bit not India friendly: otherwise choices are ok.
