Quadruple room was good.. But the twin room was too small that it felt like being in a dungeon.. Becoz of location and price, you can opt to stay here..

Great! Staff was amazing, bathrooms were great, and rooms were comfy. Unfortunately there isn't a lot of power in the rooms, but easily solved with a power strip

Nice helpful staff. Big kitchen and common room. Nice bar / restaurant. Only one outlet in the room and scarce elsewhere in the hostel as well. Very close to the West station but a bit further away from the Ost station.

Location is great and the staff is friendly. We had a private room with 3 beds and it was reasonably priced compared to other hostels and hotels in the area. The restaurant/bar below can be a bit loud until midnight, and the shower was a bit difficult to work at first.

Place is fine but the greatest thing in this hotel/restaurant is their ribs and chicken wings. It's so good and delicious that I want to get back to Interlaken just to have their ribs. It's so tasty and aromatic. Ribs is a must here.

Rooms were clean albeit very small. I had the private two person room. I found it hard to move around with my partner there we had our own sink. Showers were clean.

Breakfast very expensive, but ah well, what do you expect of Switzerland

The bar was great. A lot of people came here and staff extremely friendly

Awesome set up with a pub as the lounge. Makes it easy to get food whenever. Nice kitchen area where you can use their fridge and microwave. Good central location in town. Beds are a little run down but everything is clean
