Charming hotel set in the backdrop of a lake and distant hills. Very fast access to Interlaken West station. Friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Ideal for families and individuals.

I dont recommend this place. The only good thing about this hotel is their location! Otherwise, you pay for every single thing on your stay, including an infant's crib. The rooms have no fridge or coffee making tools.
On our checkout day they knocked the door at 11 am asking us to leave the room because it is checkout time already. You have no room service at all! We took the crib to the room. And the hotel parking was with a charge although it says free!!response / report this review -

Centrally located. Five minutes walk from the railway station.
Spectacular view of the mountains. View from our room was to die for, with two canals flowing on either side and a green mountain cliff in the background.
Staff is friendly and helpful.
Good and healthy buffet breakfast.
