Great little hotel. It is a 3* but it is well equipped breakfast is hearty and rooms are very comfy. The view from the front rooms is unbeatable.

Awesome. The politeness of the stuff is top notch. It's placed beautifully as good awesome view of alps from the balcony. Moreover it's very near to the busstop and near to railway Station too. They could improve upon their buffet stuff though

Clean, lovely, traditional, beautiful swiss style hotel.. But if you don't like old style traditional hotel you might not like it.
Make sure to get an upper room, and try in the main building not the outside extention.
The sauna and the whirlpool is a nice touch but far from fancy.
Looks like im the only one using it hahaha.
They gave us free tickets for the bus and trains and discount on some places, which is very nice.response / report this review -

Location good for bus and train transport, our room looked out directly to the Grindewald. Room was large enough for 2 people, but no more. Staff were very helpful with information.

Good traditional Chalet. Our room (342) was having excellent view of snow capped mountains. Rooms were clean. it would have been better that they should have provided one double bed rather than two twin beds for a couple.

Views good, but no fridge in the room and the staff seemed quite rude at times. Not recommend if you are travelling with kids. They have no restaurant, only except the breakfast in morning.

Amazing views from the hotel.. Jungfrau on one side, Harder Kulm on the other.. Excellent location - few mins walk to Interlaken West station.. Friendly staff.. Breakfast buffet was not good though..

Nice hotel with very nice staff. You can borrow bike for free and umbrella as well. 😉

The basic rooms' bathroom are a bit dark, the wifi doesn't work well, it disconnects every 5 minutes. The rooms are big but it could be better
