This hotel has lot of a little weird clients. According their reviews all is super and superb but then they hit 4 points ratings ? Why not 5 points? Obviously this hotel is worth more than 4 points ratings :)

I stayed in this hotel one night for business. The room was perfect, clean and with a lot of accessories. I found particularly interesting the possibility of having a smartphone with internet for free from the hotel for the whole time of your staying; it's very convenient if you don't have an internet connection on your own smartphone. Maybe a bit expensive, but the location (6 minutes walking from the main station) and the quality of the rooms justify the price.

Very clean and efficient. Staff at the front desk are super helpful. Room includes a smart phone that you can take with you around the city (google maps!) And provides free unlimited local and long distance calling. You can connect to your own email and then wipe the phone with one click before you leave. If I had known ahead of time I would not have purchased a data package on my own phone. Breakfast is excellent too.

A nice hotel.helpful staff, beautiful garden. Air-conditioning is great, since it's summer now. One thing I don't like is the hotel is on a "hill". Just imagine I take a baby and carry a stroller , and climb the very high steps. Hope I will be more fit.

This was a pleasant surprise and much nicer than most hotel chains in the US. Very Nice appointments and spotless guest rooms. The restaurant offers a wide menu selection and a great breakfast. Convenient to the train station.

Stayed 2 nights in June after long flight. Convenient to Zurich HB and many restaurant, shopping options nearby. Old town around the river is great to walk and relax, very scenic. Small but clean, comfortable and well maintained room, serviced daily. Efficient and courteous front desk. Breakfast was excellent with good choice of hot and cold foods and excellent coffee. WiFi very good.

The room was so small that we couldn't keep our luggage open. I thought I'd get a bit more for the price paid. Other than that, it was clean, warm and well located.

We were on the top floor for New year's and it was amazing, I think that it is the best room you can get you get a huge balcony. The service is also very great but the only complaint is that the wifi doesn't really make it up to the room, but you on a vecation you shouldn't be one it! :)

Nice place to stay in Zurich. 10 min to the train station. 15 min to city centre. Tramway just in front of the entrance if needed.
