Great place to stay in..5 minutes drive from the airport; 10 minutes or so to town and the train station. Located just next to the huge Balexert Mall where you can shop for all you need. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. What makes the rooms even better is that they have a mini kitchenette complete with hot water jug, microwave and fridge. There is also a sofa set which you can convert into a bed if you have extra guests or children. Only disappointing thing is that it's not for the budget traveller and even So, the room rate doesn't include breakfast.

Good location, next to the Balexert mall, and close to the airport. Rooms are good, but bathrooms are kind of awkward. Service is ok, there are much scope of improvement.

Smelled of Dog, Unresponsive Staff. Called for luggage racks & change of room since room smelled of dog, found animal fur in bathtub & sand on comforter. Gross. Strange layout - toilet room like airplane cabin but the pros: family room has 3 sinks (separate toilet room, bar sink & shower tub sink); spacious; decent American hot breakfast buffet. 10min. To airport; large soundproof windows; lots of room in fridge. Cons: pets allowed & no Non-pet rooms; housekeeping didn't do a good job eliminating pet dirt/ odour; unresponsive staff.

Excellent location and easy to reach. The staff are very kind and helpful. The rooms are wonderful, they look like aircraft or ships cabins. The breakfast is awesome. I loved this hotel and I'll book it again if I visit Geneve.

Excellent location Staff very friendly and helpful. Free bus service provided by hotel very useful indeed. Our one complaint was room was too hot and air con did nothing to help.

Good service-as usual for a Novotel. Very close to a beautiful mall. We had some problems we the key of our room. 20 min. bus to the city center (the bus stop is in front of the hotel).

Great hotel in a very convenient location. Close to the airport and downtown Geneva. Easy access via public transport system. Friendly staff, good breakfast.

Very clean and pleasant hotel, staff member who checked us in was great. Only a short bus ride to airport (free tokens given to us by Novotel). We arrived quite late though and everything in the area was closed so couldn't eat anything (restaurant in hotel was also closed). We ordered pizza and had it brought into the dining area outside. Would use again if we were in town.

Budget hotel. Good for a night for early flight. Small toilet and good bedroom size. Near a shopping mall just other side of the street.

Very nice here! I'm here every year for the Autosalon. Great Rooms and always good service! Shopping mall right next to the hotel is very convenient. Public transportation to the city is also very close by.

At arrival, the first staff we met were friendly and helpful. They were excellent at interacting with our tired children too! They efficiently completed our registration and we were directed to our room.

The room was clean, stylish and of good size. The surroundings were quiet and the beds were comfortable. There were good drinks facilities and it had separate showers and bath tubs which were both luxurious. We did not stay for breakfast, but saw service in progress as we left and it certainly looked and smelled good!
