This is an excellent hotel. The facilities are very clean, modern, and generous. I would stay here again anytime. Lovely front desk staff too.

The hotel is spectacular and the staff very friendly and helpful. we had a very comfortable stay. the breakfast had a range catering for allergies which is often not catered for by hotels.

Location is convenient as Geneva has good public transportation (which is free if you're visiting from abroad). We had two twin beds instead of a single king size bed. The beds were put next to each other but the wheels were not locked so I kind of fell between the two beds the first night Hotel is clean, staff is friendly and professional.

Newly renovated so overall pretty clean and new - i.dont think it was a complete renovation as our bathroom door was old and had some water damage. The staff is super friendly and the hotel is a short 5-10 min bus ride (free w the pass) or à nice 30-40 min walk into town. Would recommend overall!

Very nice hotel that has just been through refurbishment. Staff are so helpful. Rooms are lovely. Shower is great. Very close to main transport links an only a short walk to the lake.

Cosy room. Needs some work. It was clear that remodelling was done in the toilet but the room on its own needs some updating. The price was great and very accessible to transport links into town. With the stay we got free rail card to travel around so it was very convenient.

Staffs are really helpful and kind, the rooms is neat. Bathroom is clean and nice, i really like the style of this hotel. Specialy 604-605. If you have a 5 person in your family, i'd recommend you to stay in this room. Love it.

It's good inside the room. Bed and bathrooms are neat. Place is close to tram station. But the area few short comings. The wifi is slow. TV in the room is ages old. Lift can fit only 2 people with bags. Overall it's OK. Not great, not bad.
