good hotel for the price. Staff is absolutely excellent. I don't think it can get any better. Truly exceptional. Emily is a star.
Location is good , and is really close to everything, but it is not too say that location can t get better.

Location is great. Emelie in front desk is very helpful. But, when we first entered the room there was a piece of food with a stain on the bed, I called to complain and they sent a guy who's supposed to be responsible for cleaning, he came angry like what the hell do you want and then assumed we were lying and we caused the stain. I have no idea how we'd make it and we just arrived? The stain was dry which means old! Moved to another room and my blanket had a big orange stain as shown in the picture, I asked for another blanket and got one after an hour not even folded! The housekeeper who cleaned the first room came angry too and while trying to explain to her what we found she literally said "bffffft" ignored us and left. All of that in our first day only!! I give the stars for the location and emelie.

good location, especially if you planning to use public transport. Hotel gives you a pass for public transport. Everyone is very helpful, Emily took extra time to explain us Geneva in details and the best way around it.

Very nice hotel and very close to main train station. Would give it 5 stars but the a/c could not cool the room to get a decent sleep. Other than that a beautiful hotel, great buffet etc.

Really loved the location with the train station right across the street within walking distance. Just around the corner you will find the mart, including one run by Bangladeshis which offers some ethnic stuff too. If you like long walks, you can also reach the parks along the lake as well as the United Nations HQ, WTO offices, a science history museum, botanical gardens, and light house. The accomodations offered are decent, the breakfast is nice too. Staff treats in a friendly manner.

Conveniently located across from the main train station, walkable to many attraction. Provided free pass for public transportation(but I think a lot of the hotels in the area have this service?). Very good WiFi. Provided free bath robes and slippers. Room was clean. Friendly staffs, the doorman provided us attraction info. while the front desk person was busy. Don't think it qualifies as a 4 stars hotel though, a bit dated. We were on the 6th floor, only for 10mins. or so heard some people making noises on the street but overall was quiet.

Rooms are clean and comfortable including robes and slippers. Shower was nice. Breakfast good. Efficient front desk. Great location. Also has coffee maker in room with decaf. Has air conditioning, wifi worked ok.
