Very nice hotel, with free shuttle bus to and from the airport which is handy ! There is a bus stop a 5 minute walk away that you can take to the train station for free. Good clean and spacious rooms, well equipped bathroom, bar well stocked and always lively with a free drinks voucher on arrival. Good buffet choice for breakfast. Didn’t use the main restaurant or fitness facilities but over all a good stay. If I’m in Geneva again in business would defiantly stay here.

Stayed for 3 nights, check in was quick and easy, everything explained in terms of timings. Room was clean and tidy with housekeeping daily. Good breakfast choices although there could have been more vegan and vegetarian options. Executive lounge was a nice touch although there should be more labels on foods e.g. crisps to indicate if it is vegetarian/contains allergens as most of the time it was unstaffed. Executive lounge decor/design could be improved - rather glum in there. Swimming pool and Gym were excellent although Gym timings were told be to 24 hours when that was no longer the case. I particularly liked the hotel shuttle to and from the airport it was very convenient and the free transport pass with the number 5 bus a short walk away to get into town. Staff could be more attentive as some staff would greet us and others would not acknowledge us at all although housekeeping staff were great and very kind and hardworking - always made sure we had everything we needed even when we declined housekeeping services. Toilets and Bedding were clean and water pressure and temperature was satisfactory.

Room is spacious and clean! Service is top notch, i requested for an early check in and they have prepared for me when it was only 10AM in the morning. They also
Breakfast is awesome as well! On another point of service, they provided a shuttle bus every 15 mins between the airport and the hotel ( you don't need to be confused on where to go with public transport)

The one and only place you should stay in Geneva, staff were so friendly and they have an amazing airport shuttle service, they are very conveniently located and very close to the public transport if you like to explore in the slow mode. Loved their restaurant as well as the breakfast options. If you haven't been here.do get there!

Nice hotel, well located next to Geneva airport, we were welcomed with big smiles Thanks to Virginia for this welcome, she shows professionalism in her dealings with us
Rooms are good very clean but no minibar inside..
The waiters in the restaurant were professional and very nice and the food was very good. There is a bit of wait but it’s clearly worth it
We also ordered room service, the food came very quickly and hot ! A big thanks to Hugo for his discretion and especially his kindness.
We will come again to the hotel because our stay was very pleasant.response / report this review -

Very good location 5-7 minutes drive from Geneva airport, free airport shuttle bus every 15 min. Spacious rooms, very clean. I had a kettle, ironing board with iron and free mobile phone to use anywhere I go in the city. They also give free travel card to use on local transport. Food was excellent particularly breakfast, large selection. Highly recommended!

Best hotel gym in Geneva. Every machine. Tons of free weights. Fitness centre is excellent. Wellness also has a pool. Super close to airport. For business its perfect.

I chose the Starling Hotel in Geneva because of the wellness and fitness area. However, I only was able to make use of the wellness area with pool, jacuzzi and sauna. The area was clean and is well mentained also the staff was very friendly.
The hotel room on the third floor was clean and spacious. The bathroom is big with a great shower. I'm a taller person (188 cm) and the length of the bed was a bit too short for my liking.
The staff was functional but could be friendlier and smile more. When I called at night to get another blanket, because the one on the bed was not big enough, the guy who picked up the phone did sound rather unfriendly and not happy to serve me. When he hung up the phone he slammed it down which created a really loud, unpleasant sound. At first my order was forgotten, only after my second call the extra blanket was delivered.
In the morning we had the full breakfast buffet. The buffet was reach in choice and above standard quality.
Things which should be improved:
- Happier staff --> happy and friendly staff equals happy guests
- RFID room cards should be used instead of chip cards. --> the chip card had sometimes trouble registering in the elevator and at the room door.response / report this review -

The hotel is very conveniently located almost next to the airport. They provide a complimentary shuttle service that runs very regularly and only takes a couple of minutes to get you to (and from) the hotel. The hotel looks great and the rooms are very generous in size and amenities. The room is very well appointed with plug sockets but their shape does not lend itself easily to using a continental adapter. I understand from my colleague that in her room there was a UK plug socket so maybe I missed this. A USB port or two would have been ideal for charging a phone or a tablet. I did not try the food but the staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was clean and the staff provided excellent service, including airport pickup. However, especially considering that the hotel caters a lot to businesspersons, the wifi was very spotty. Also, the bathroom door was glass and see-through, which can affect privacy.

Courteous staff, very comfortable beds, huge hot/cold breakfast. Breakfast is expensive if not paid as part of your room. 25-39 CHF/person. 5 minute walk into Palexpo for the Auto show and 5 mins to the bus into town.

Perfect staff, perfect service, perfect breakfast. Great rooms too. You don't hear the plane. Very easy to go down to the city but more difficult to walk from the city to the hotel. It's stepping hard!

This hotel provides a shuttle service too/from the airport, and is only a 5 minute journey away. For me it was convenient as it's also a short walk to my clients office, so all in all it's very convenient although quite far from central Geneva. Really nicely presented hotel though and has helpful and friendly staff. Checking in and out was quick and easy! The rooms are super tidy and well presented. The bed I had was huge! The bathroom had a walk in shower but no bath, which is just fine for me. There was tea and coffee making facilities in the room, a safe, ice bucket, TV and ironing facilities. I ate at the bar and really enjoyed the variety of food on offer,and how tasty it was (I had one of their "world" burgers). Room service basically provides the same food and drink options as the bar. The variety of food options for breakfast was also impressive. I also accessed the gym while there and was really impressed with all the equipment. It's probably better than the gym I go to as there is more equipment and it is more modern,although quite packed into the space. So a great hotel to stay in for business but probably less so if you want to explore Geneva conveniently.

Very nice rooms . Modern design, fog free mirrors, bathrobe, house shoes, plenty of amenity, you can even open the windows to get some fresh air.
