Room was decent enough and I like some of the boutique elements, but the reception staff were pretty slow and unhelpful. It's on the edge of the red light district Not dreadfully so, but a little seedy.

Quite disappointing. Rooms were smaller than expected and a bit tatty. Bathroom was not a bad size. Hotel is not located in a particularly nice area.

Modern, chic, has all essentials and great service. The staff is very friendly. Location is close to the lake, although the actual street it resides and a couple of street surrounding are nothing special.

We had a great stay in Hotel N'vY last week. Rooms were perfect, location was excellent and staff was very friendly!

Picked this hotel a bit randomly, was not disappointed with the modern layout and cool furniture. Rooms are clean, staff are very helpful and polite. You won't regret a stay here.

The only reason for the one star is the staff, they are attentive and very nice. The building doesn't come close! At $495.00+ USD per night the building and systems should work.
The room was was hot and regardless of the thermostat setting, there was no cooling and almost no air movement. Way too hot to sleep. The staff was responsive to my request for service then ext morning. When I returned after a day of meetings, the room was still hot and thermostat had been turned off? I spoke with the staff before dinner and they said that they would fix it. I got back to the room to find a large freestanding floor fan had been placed in the room, blowing all of my papers and receipts around the room. The thermostat had been set at 5'C and turned off. The building system wasn't turned on or working. They had opened the door to the patio, presumably to try to get some cool air into the room. After closing the patio door, I had to use a towel to kill 21 large mosquitoes that had come into the room. Two expensive nights of sweaty poor sleeping conditions.
Other issues: bathroom sink almost fully clogged, shower light broken, door to room safe out of alignment have to force open and closed, TV and remote not working, and the Philips room ambiance system was not working.

Nice hotel, clean rooms with good furniture, comfy bed, good wifi, is in a bit of a strange location, but walkable distance to public transport and the main old town.

Elegant and classy modern rooms. Was so happy staying there. Never tried the breakfast but the food with room service request was good.
