You will not find nicer & more helpful staff anywhere else. Pain perdu for breakfast - unreal. Chinese resto - mouth watering - order duck auberigine - chef's veggie rice was nuts!

Very nice location, ambiance, amenities but very expensive and value for money can be improved. I've been there many times and had various experiences with the staff who might sometime feel a bit condescending

Excellent hotel, good service, has a great Chinese restaurant, very friendly staff every where. Has free boat transportation every hour to the other side of the lake. Highly recommended.

Excellent place to stay or eat either for work or leisure. Perfect to take a deep breath of oxygen after a day in town. Staff if very kind and professional.

Genuinely excellent hotel with a completely different vibe. Very refreshing setting and beautiful outdoor area, the hotel is slightly dated but they are slowly renovating the rooms. A very nice pool and a great kids area with an outdoor garden for young children to enjoy.
The rooms are comfortable overall and the infotainment system is excellent, a great spa open early and until 10pm at night. The corridors are a bit dark for my taste, they need more lighting but that is their theme. Room service is good with a very nice selection and they accommodate special requests. On top of that you have three restaurants in the hotel, the bar area is fun, and on the ground floor a Michelin Star Chinese Restaurant & And another fine dining experience on the first floor.
The staff are exemplary, always going out of their way to support you and take care of your needs. Great front desk that accommodated all my requests and upgraded me from a room to a suite. A very efficient concierge who knows what to look for and help plan your day. The hotel is about 10 to 15 mins from Geneva's down town shopping area.
I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for something different in Geneva.response / report this review -
