Unfortunately the experience wasn't good. The heat system didn't work well at the beginning of November, I complained but the answer was that I shut down the radiator. I will not back to this place again.

This is a not a bad hotel , But the parking charge is rip off .
28 pounds for 1 might.
They should provide free parking for quests if available!!!!!
Couldn't use the wifi at all . So slow which couldn't load any page .

The hotel was distinctly average. By Geneva prices it's reasonably cheap, but you really don't get much for your money. The staff were not rude, but they were also not overly friendly.

Location was fine for me, as I enjoyed the walk (there is a tram station nearly, but I never used it).

Wifi was good, I was able to stream video.

Room was small, but fit for purpose and reasonably quiet.

I had to move the furniture around just to open my suitcase . It's so small that the bathroom door opens up into the bed it does not even open fully. The headboard was old and breaking w peices of wicker and straw. The hotel was so old and not nice that I didn't even sleep there

It was a nightmarish experience.rooms were so small that u can't even walk .they didn't had any person to keep the luggage in the room so we had to carry the luggage to our room. no room service . receptionist was very rude breakfast was below standard no basic amenities altogether it was horrible experience staying over there.
