Hotel is beautiful inside, the rooms are very spacious and nice bit of luxury. Not the prettiest location but within walking distance to train station and water taxis. The staff are so helpful.

Very nice and clean. Off the main area but still close enough to walk too many restaurants and bars. Easy walk to the lake and old Town. Close to the train station, less than 5 minutes walk. We received a pass for transport in the city.

Not on a main Street and without a fancy front entrance or a door man, this hotel will surprise you once you come in. Small lobby but cute. The room we had was not big, but clean and tastefully decorated, with two comfortable twin beds. Good sized bathroom with a tub. Front desk staff was very friendly and informative. Overall, a good small hotel.

We liked the room a lot, it has a cosy styling and we were surprised by a rather large balcony which gives you the opportunity to have breakfast outside.
Even though the bathroom is small it felt spacious enough, only the shower should have been a bit bigger. Also the mirror in the bathroom wasn't lighted well enough.
The staff was very friendly except for the receptionist when we checked in, she didn't make us feel welcome and rushed us. However this was made up the next day where the lady that served our breakfast and the guy who did check us out were very friendly and joyful.
All in all we had a great stay and we can definitely recommend this hotel.

Great location - close to several tram stations and walking distance to central bus station. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Service is amazing - great people, always looking help.

The faux-colonial decor actually works very well, for anyone who's stayed in premium hotels in Asia. Staff friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Feels far more than its three stars, and in an excellent location.
